Stop the “they will still vote for” talk, the election in that area is rigged!
The south would have immediately seceded and america would have been carved up by the major powers.
Used to enjoy going into Center City Philly. You wouldn’t catch me there at all now.

Yes we know....to a point you’re correct. But do you have 100% proof that rigged elections in inner cities, with known 90% (D) voters, is the only reason? Nothing to do with 90% BEING (D) VOTERS?
You jumping to conclusions is far more ignorant than me realizing that in 2007 76% of registered voters in Philly were Democrat. It’s probably 85%-90% now-—so yes, THEY GET WHAT THEY VOTED FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Flew into Philly airport a couple of years ago to attend a technical training conference. Was using the courtesy phone to call the shuttle service to take me to my hotel. Had my luggage and my laptop was strapped around the handle behind me. Got this feeling, turned around and here was this little black kid about three feet behind me. As soon as I turned around he took off running through the crowd. I am convinced he was going to steal my computer. Had a talk with myself and told myself, “Boy you ain’t in Kansas anymore.” The rest of the trip was high alert, code red. These people I thought would would not only steal from me they might kill me to do it. Sorry for the long post.
Downtown Philadelphia is thick with federal, state, county, and city, employees. They need their Starbucks and Orvis stores between 9AM and 5PM.
maybe they should imitate the food trucks and set up during the day and leave before sunset. Retail from a truck.

Companies want to limit the number of factories they have.
If the US gets to demand a Nike factory, why shouldn’t Romania and Latvia demand their own Nike factories?
Nike might wind up having to run 180 factories in 180 countries.
Try that in a small town.
Need also to give enhanced welfare benefits to those who agree to pre child vasectomies and tubal ligations.

We shouldn’t demand a Nike factory, or any other factory. Instead, we should make our country so business-friendly that Nike would want to locate here instead of anywhere else.
This would not be an easy trick to pull off. But I think a businessman like Trump is more likely to make it work than any professional politician.
