After acquittal, Texas AG Paxton vows to take on huge illegal-alien shantytown north of Houston

Now that the phony case against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is over, it's worth looking at why this happened, given that the impeachment with the state's GOP-led Senate didn't make sense at all.

Paxton had been a good attorney general, challenging the Bidenites and all their dishonest border maneuvers. Yet suddenly, Paxton found himself in the dock on charges so flimsy witnesses admitted they had no evidence, only hunches. it's not surprising he was acquitted, just on fact alone. But the broad picture was still weird: Paxton was charged with corruption after all that good work?

Obviously, strange things were going on under the surface in Texas politics.

In a podcast with John Solomon of JustTheNews, Paxton speculated that it seemed to be a group effort spearheaded by Karl Rove, acting on behalf of his pals in the Bush family. The Bushes are all in for open borders. And they're deep in the various post-office money rackets. Maybe Paxton was stepping on their toes on some real estate deal or the like.

Which might explain why they were enemies looking to politically take him out. It was as good a guess as any, because Paxton says his next move it to go after a huge illegal alien shantytown that is spreading just north of Houston.

According to the Montgomery County Police Reporter:

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton spoke out about the controversial Colony Ridge undocumented immigrant favela, a settlement outside Houston that has between 50,000 and 75,000 undocumented migrants and spans nearly 60 square miles, roughly the size of Washington, D.C. In an interview with Michael Berry’s radio show, Paxton said he had received a briefing on the favela and commented that it was “completely insane that they can set up these villages with illegal immigrants.”

And the Bushes hate Paxton because he beat George P. (Petunia) Bush in the AG election.

Yet, I remember at least one poster here who stated that Paxton was completely corrupt. That was some time ago, and I have looked since then for confirmation, but found none.

This is about to get real interesting fast.

The colonia has a lot of illegals and cartel types living there. The developer was a big donor to Governor Abbot.

Good, this is exactly what AG’s should be doing, protecting citizens from law breakers.

I couldn’t care less even if he was. It doesn’t stop Democrats. They rely on it stopping us.

Michael Berry interviewed the Liberty County Sheriff about Colony Ridge. It’s almost depressing what is happening a short distance east of here.

His Sept 27 podcast can be heard here: https://ktrh.iheart.com/featured/michael-berry/tab/podcasts/

There is mention of an local investigator saying 100% of his investigations involve guns or cars that come from Colony Ridge.

Hell hath no fury like an Attorney General scorned. Although, we are talking about a Republican. We shall see.

Simple solution, just pass appropriate zoning ordinances to keep out illegals.

_______

That would explain why he’s never tried to address the problem. There’s many Colonias in Texas, always ignored.

I read that the owner of that land is a big Abbott supporter.

It’s be sweet Justice to see Abbott put out and his buddy in prison for aiding and abetting illegal immigration.

Can’t imagine the human trafficking and sexual exploitation of minors going on in that place

I want to see what they think they can do with this mess of the colony. It is just like all the illegals problems... out of control and gone too far. What is anyone either willing or able to do with all these misplaced people?
