Kidnapping charges dropped against Sound of Freedom backer after prosecutors, jury find insufficient evidence to indict

Fabian Marta, a man who had contributed to the well-known anti-child sex trafficking film Sound of Freedom, has officially had previously filed charges of child kidnapping dropped against him.

A St. Louis grand jury, as well as the state of Missouri, found no evidence that a crime had been committed.

"Now comes the State of Missouri and enters a memorandum of Nolle Prosequi in the above-styled cause for the reason that this matter has been presented to the St. Louis Circuit Court Grand Jury and the State has insufficient evidence to obtain a conviction," reads a memorandum on the recently closed case.

The Left now owns almost the entirety of our judicial system so it is totally corrupt. There may be a handful of judges who are not un-American anti-Constitution pieces of whale crap.

The entire intent is to bankrupt any and all conservatives and our judicial system is fully on board and helps. Nothing is ever thrown out. The whole thing is to force the conservative to pay legal fees until they are broke. If they can get a stacked jury to actually indict and then another to convict is just icing on the cake.
