Former President Donald Trump called for a thorough review of media bias in America, prompting a rebuttal from the White House.
"They are almost all dishonest and corrupt, but Comcast, with its one-side and vicious coverage by NBC NEWS, and in particular MSNBC, often and correctly referred to as MSDNC (Democrat National Committee!), should be investigated for its 'Country Threatening Treason,'" Trump wrote on Truth Social on Sunday.
"Their endless coverage of the now fully debunked SCAM known as Russia, Russia, Russia, and much else, is one big Campaign Contribution to the Radical Left Democrat Party."
Trump added a vow to investigate the some mainstream media's ties to the Democratic Party for potential "corruption" if he is elected president.
"I say up front, openly, and proudly, that when I WIN the Presidency of the United States, they and others of the LameStream Media will be thoroughly scrutinized for their knowingly dishonest and corrupt coverage of people, things, and events," Trump wrote.
"Why should NBC, or any other of the corrupt & dishonest media companies, be entitled to use the very valuable Airwaves of the USA, FREE? They are a true threat to Democracy and are, in fact, the enemy of the people!" he ended in all caps.
He added, "The Fake News Media should pay a big price for what they have done to our once great Country!"
Trump's statements got the attention of President Joe Biden's White House.
"President Biden swore an oath to uphold our Constitution and protect American Democracy," White House senior communications adviser Andrew Bates wrote to Mediaite in a statement. "Freedom of the press is a fundamental Constitutional right.

The media and government are so aligned they are almost indistinguishable.
What do I think about Donald Trump?
Well, I think he’s God’s man for the hour. He stands against the Satanic Left like no other. He loves America and has given his all to defended her and rescue her.
God bless him.
But does Trump really know what makes America great? I don’t think so. He seems to think the answer is using unconstitutional government “the right way” (ie doing the wrong thing the right way). But as Reagan repeated often, “[Unconstitutional] government isn’t the solution, it is the problem.”
Trump (and America in general) seem lost on the idea that the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution CREATES AND DEFINES the United States of America as a Free Constitutional Republic. (Even Trump talks about America in terms of “democracy” which it is not.)
So Trump is here to wage war on those who hate America and to make America strong again. But when he’s done, then what? He’s “saving” America by using the $3+ trillion 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the federal government. But what makes America strong and great? Unconstitutional government????

America in the 1800’s was one of the freest societies ever in history. Government spending was a mere 5% or so of the GDP. Nobody thought about the feds. Everyone was too busy living their lives as they saw fit. And what emerged from the 1800’s and into the 1900’s was the feest, stongs, and wealthiest nation in the world. Because of government???? No!!! Because of CONSTITUTIONAL FREEDOM FROM GOVERNMENT!!!!
This is why Trump is going up in the polls, and why the democrats desperately want to silence him.
What should we call it when media entities in the USA receive monies from foreign enemy countries in exchange for publishing disinformation that has a materially deleterious effect on domestic tranquility and the common good within our borders? First Amendment rights?!! I don’t think so. Domestic enemy Number One is more like it.
The only guarantee that the Republic can ensure open and honest discussion and fair un-biased reporting, would be re-regulation of the broadcast industry. When media consolidation started taking place (ushered in by the Clinton administration) - small newspapers, television and radio stations were scooped up by larger companies, enabling one company to own multiple properties in one market and gain control over all the markets. I was in radio for many years and deregulation was the beginning of the end. When you have some suit a thousand miles away telling you what and what not to report - and what to lead with -HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM. Remembering the AM/FM I worked for during this time: A direct competitor joined us in the building. LOL. We were told not to worry. Shortly after that - staff was “consolidated” and not long after that Clear Channel developed voicetracking technology so nobody actually needs to be at the station. FCC law had required a live body in the station at all times and on-air and engineering were required to have their FCC licenses prior to deregulation. Now nobody is around to answer the phone, nobody to report an emergency situation etc... Some called it progress. We now see the direct result of the “progress” and it’s killing the country. We have so many problems to tackle but media takes the cake, owned by Gigantic companies who also own other big industries - a huge conflict of interest. SMH. DON’T even get me started on all the unions taking one side. It is disgraceful and there should be laws on the books to disallow unions from donating to political parties or candidates! Unions should be only stewarding the dues for their members and ensuring working conditions and wages are in line. After all, wasn’t that the point of a union?

Sadly incorrect. He mocks the rules of the Bible, which call for humbleness, marital fidelity, always being truthful, and avoiding materialism and gluttony. He even boasted that he could murder someone on 5th Avenue in broad daylight and not lose any supporters. Based on his personal behavior, and comments, he's unfortunately an anathema to the scripture, probably more than any other politician I can think of. I mean, who else is a longtime associate of Jeffrey Epstein, has gaudy gold faucets in his sinks, and wraps themselves in a gay pride flag onstage? Anyone? Even Bill Clinton hasn't draped himself in a rainbow flag that I've seen.
You're dead on here. Trump isn't a conservative, who believes in smaller government. He's a nationalist, first, which can believe in incredibly strong government. Putin and Kim Jung Un are nationalists, too. They want a strong government that they control, for whatever purpose they personally want. This is why Trump admires them so much.

POTUS is getting serious as we are! He has always known my thoughts and basic opinions, anyway. Absolutely the media, Hollywood, the cable and nets have destroyed the culture and society at least since the 60’s.
We recovered, at great loss of death from WW II, then Korea, then Vietnam, then Iraq every couple of decades, taking our men!
Now, it’s exposed as a deep state assault, called Treason. I guess Nazis and communists landed and stayed to take Academia and every institution, for Big Money in government, entertainment and the CIA brain trust have gone too far.

Trump is the only elected official in my lifetime who has really made BIG accomplishments in areas I care about. Roe v Wade is undone. The border wall is nearly complete. He’s held the line against almost every leftist goal.
Trump is a flawed leader, but he won’t try to use the power of the government to destroy us and take away our liberties like Biden and every other leftist president will.

Biden did right after his inauguration would seem to contradict his oath of office & the things that Pres. Trump did while in office would seem to show that he upheld HIS oath. Freedom of the press seems to mean that it will always play it’s favorites.
