Washington Post says poll showing Trump beating Biden likely an ‘outlier’
The Washington Post ^ | 9/24/2023 | Nazzaro

The Washington Post said Sunday that its poll with ABC News showing former President Trump beating President Biden is likely an “outlier,” citing other polls that show the two candidates in a dead heat. A Washington Post-ABC News poll released Sunday found Biden trailing Trump with 42 percent support, compared to Trump with 51 percent support.

In its analysis of the poll, the Post said Trump’s strong lead is “significantly at odds with other public polls that show the general election contest a virtual dead heat,” a difference that suggests the data point is probably an outlier.

The Post knows that Trump has a lead. The silent leadership of the Democrat Party has yet to make up its mind on who will replace Biden. There is still hope it will be the female Obama, but it is obvious she doesn’t want the job. The problem they have is that Trump is a street fighter. There is no woman they can set forth that he isn’t going to gut. And then there is the guy in California; to paraphrase what they say of a phony Texan, the guy is all hair and no leadership. A puzzle.

Trump CANNOT win because we all know how "Elections" work now, with the Deep State tools doing whatever it takes to make sure enough votes are on hand to outnumber the opposition...."He who counts the votes" still applies.

2020 showed how complicit, strategically placed, and propaganda 24/7, along with owned Judges, are employed to pistol-whip the opposition into submission.

Look at the Jan. 6 prisoners, to know how "fairness" works for the Deep State.,....

The country needs a do-over, and more lamp posts.

Every break-out poll is an outlier until the DNC, Biden campaign, and Obama take the pollster to the woodshed for some remedial education.

Outlier polls sometimes are precursors of future trend.

Here’s my theory why: pollsters herd - like zebras - and so produce “expected results”. But, then comes an outlier poll and the pollsters reconsider how much they’re keeping their thumb on the scale.

Two polls have shown Trump at 50%+ in the general so something has changed according to their polls. 50% when you give up 10m+ in NY, CA, IL and MA would mean an electoral landslide.

We have pretty good polling evidence (from DeSantis’ pollster), that Trump will get a (positive) bump from a conviction.

Hold on to your hats, boys and girls, we are in for a ride.

The polls said Trump was going to lose by 7 points in the nationwide popular vote, he lost by 3 points. And, if he did 1 point better, he would have been re-elected. 1 point. 1 lousy point. Now you know why they kept Kanye West and the Green Party candidate off the ballot in AZ, GA and WI; and, why they’re doing everything they can to keep No Labels off the ballot this time around.

That poll showing Trump at 52% vs Biden at 42% is...

a FAKE poll.

It’s a fake, done by democrats for democrats, in an attempt to get Biden out of the race. Biden can’t talk, and can’t walk, and can’t think, and can’t even stand for questions....

therefore...

democrats need to find a way to ‘fire’ Biden...

and a fake poll that shows him losing badly, is the democrats and liberal media’s way to get it done.

I’m still worried about Trump in the general but I took a look at RCP this morning and Biden has not led over the last 8 horserace polls, from 8 different pollsters. Trump leads in 4 and the other 4 are tied. All are registered voters except the Sep 12-15 CBS poll. That one is likely voters and Trump leads by 1 in it. I think pollsters have started to add in adjustments to try and reflect the under-sampling of Trump voters that has been apparent through the 2016 and 2020 cycles. Not sure if it will holdup but Biden’s position looks like it is starting to weaken substantially.

It is a bit skewed in terms of sampling, undersampling of both D’s and R’s.. and oversampling of independents.

However, it clearly shows Biden getting trounced in independents.

It is also a poll of REGISTERED, not likely voters, which tend to skew Democrat.

So, while the lead may not be 9 or 10 points, there is no way you can look at this poll and not conclude Biden is losing big time.. it may not be 10 points, but its certainly by a significant amount.
