A full federal appeals court declined to take up Democrat groups’ challenge of Florida’s 2021 election integrity law on Thursday, marking a major win for Gov. Ron DeSantis and the GOP-controlled state legislature.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Thursday’s decision by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals “let stand an April ruling by a three-judge panel of the [court] that sided with the state on major issues in the case.” The 11th Circuit’s April decision effectively overturned a prior ruling issued by U.S. District Judge Mark Walker — an Obama appointee — who baselessly claimed the law in question discriminated against black voters.

“Under our precedent, this history cannot support a finding of discriminatory intent in this case. Florida’s more recent history does not support a finding of discriminatory intent,” Pryor wrote.

They will go so far as to say that the appeals court itself is racist.
Now get that Dem group to pay Florida’s court costs.
I think we are missing the point of all these lawsuits, the claims of racism will continue unabated, so what I say, the issue is the Democrats have unlimited sources of money from various dark money groups, they will file one lawsuit after another knowing that most will not be successful, when one is successful, they will use that as precedence to file even more lawsuits, hoping to change elections laws around the country.
Ask yourself, is there a similar effort by Republicans, the answer is NO, they sit back and defend themselves while the Democrats are constantly on offense.
Until that changes the Democrats will continue to own elections.
The House should be impeaching all the Obama Judges, especially after a reversal like this where the Appeals Court calls out the Judge for being biased and stupid.
Unfortunately Speaker McCarthy is on the Biden Bribery Payroll so nothing will ever happen to the self admitted quislings in black robes.

Note that the outnumbered Clinton stooges and Obama stooges were angered at this turn of events. It is to laugh.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting both Grant and Branch and they are solid Constitutional judges. I’ve also met Pryor and he is pretty conservative as well, and although I’ve disagreed with a few of his opinions over the past years, I’ve understood his reasoning.
It’s not only Federal Law but State Law in every state that Supervisor of Elections are required to clean up voter rolls in a timely manner.
I have had heated discussions with people here on FR about how Democrats steal elections, the prevailing opinion is they hack voting machines, and the way votes are counted.
I contend that very little of that is actually happening.
What is happening, IMO, is Supervisor of Elections around the country are not cleaning up voter rolls, creating a situation where thousands of people are listed as eligible voters that are not.
The Democrats push hard for mail in voting because they know all those ineligible voters that should be removed from voter rolls are still there and will be mailed ballots. Once those ballots get mailed the fix is in, the ballots will get harvested by Democratic Groups, they will get filled out and dropped into unguarded drop boxes and counted just like real ballots.
The beauty of this scheme is most of it is legal, mail in ballots are legal in many states, ballot harvesting is legal in many states, and the unguarded ballot boxes are legal in many states, it’s impossible to tell which ballots are legal and which ones are not, which is why courts refuse to step in and fix the situation.
I say all that to remind people the RNC has done nothing about this since 2020, the problem has only gotten worse.
Why haven’t we seen one lawsuit after another filed by Republican Groups knowing most will fail, but one or two might succeed, which is all you need.
I study vote fraud/ballot fraud/election fraud extensively, and have been very careful never to commit to an actual mechanism for the fraud.
My opinion is that each state has different methods for the vote fraud.
Also, vote/ballot fraud depends on how much money the fraudsters have.
A fraudulent ballot appears to go for around 40-70 bucks.
The Democrats don't have endless sources of money, so the fraud isn't everywhere - only where it has been determined that it will make a difference.
Many people who believe in vote fraud also believe that it's EVERYWHERE.
Not true. Only where the money is at.
That's one reason that there is a "campaign finance scandal" on the Democrat side nearly every presidential "election" cycle.
Their Media hides many of these scandals by looking the other way.

That's why the DemoCommies and their fellow travelers in the Republican Party had to scuttle the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity back in 2017-18.
Did you know that the Democrats secured the 2016 Michigan presidential ballots in the summer of 2018 [through a "voters rights" front group], and that there was a Blue Wave in Michigan that November in the midterms?
BUT - the eight Blue Michigan counties were too big to give over the records until January 2019, after the 2018 "election".
No worries! The Blue Wave was only in the Red counties that coughed up the ballot records.
There was no Blue Wave in the Michigan Blue counties. Imagine that. 
With all the great things the Florida legislature and Ron DeSantis have done in Florida, it is just painful to watch the national scene with DeSantis, just wondering just WTF is going on.
One other thing the Democrats have is younger insanely wealthy supporters from Silicon Valley like Zuckerberg who are willing to spend millions to get Democrats elected, plus they have a mindset of trying new and different things that make a huge difference

In a presidential campaign the democrat barely has to campaign to get 81 million votes, I would estimate 8-10 million votes for Biden were fraudulent maybe less but enough in battleground states to swing the election
I have begun to believe that Biden did get 81 million votes, 81 million actual ballots went through machines but millions were fraudulent
Republicans can fight this in a couple of way, technology exists to scan voter rolls looking for people registered to addresses that no one lives at like vacant lots and multiple people registered to the same address
The Republicans can also engage in vote harvesting where it’s legal
Republicans choose to do nothing and will continue to lose elections that could be won if they ran a modern campaign

They used a brute-force IT strategy in the states where they can manufacture ballots.
I saw it when I was analyzing the various states. They used the top 30 or so counties in population in each state, and Got Out The Cheat.
As the county population got smaller, you can see the 2008 Obama numbers beating the heck out of The Tater.
But not in the top 30 counties. Ol' Turnip had ballots turn out in DROVES for him in those counties.
