A Fairfield father says that a federally funded health clinic operating within Lawrence High School provided his minor daughter with a baggy of prescription anti-depressants without his knowledge or consent.
When the girl’s father, Eric Sack, discovered the baggy of pills over the weekend, his daughter told him that it was provided to her by the Bulldog Health Center, a School Based Health Center (SBHC) at Lawrence High School.
Sack saw the the pills as an infringement on his parental rights, but he was also concerned that the school’s clinic sent unlabeled drugs with no child-resistant container into his home, where his two other younger children also live.

had that happened to the daughter- the father couldn’t even sue because the organization that provides ‘health services’ to the school is immune to prosecution because they are sanctioned by the fed gov.
You need a lawyer to sort through these dozen paged forms.

There is an important concept in contract law called did the parties understand the bargain they made? There is no way a citizen can understand the terms of these huge contracts that are a part of daily existence.

The kid is lucky she didn’t get stopped by the cops. Prescription drugs in a baggy look pretty suspicious.

assuming all of this is actually true, then these medications were issued in a patently illegal manner, in violation of several Federal laws, which require prescription medications to be issued by licensed pharmacists dispensed according to a prescription from a licensed medical physician, in an approved, labeled container with the name of the recipient, name of medication, dosage and frequency, manner of consumption, number of doses in the container, prescription number, name of prescribing physician, date of issue, date of expiration, number of refills if any, name of licensed dispenser, et. al. ...

Those rights, like “property rights” are being taken away. The end goal is the end of the family and of private property.
Moving rapidly towards that goal.

On top of that prescriptions have to be filled by a pharmacist. Chain of custody is important to prevent counterfeiting. They also need to be properly labeled.
A baggie of loose pills is not how pharmaceuticals are packaged (look at my username).
Istm that they signed a consent, not a contract. Since there was no consideration involved, they should be able just to revoke consent. No, I’m not a lawyer.
