President Biden showed his age at a campaign reception in Manhattan Wednesday — repeating statements about the 2017 Charlottesville riot and his decision to run for president in 2020 minutes apart and nearly word-for-word.

“You remember those folks walking out of the fields literally carrying torches, with Nazi swastikas, holding them forward, singing the same vicious, antisemitic bile — the same exact bile — bile that was sung in — in Germany in the early ‘30s. And in addition to that, they had — there were white supremacists. Anyway, they were making the big case about how terrible this was. And a young woman was killed in the process.

YouTube recommended to me a short video by the Lincoln Project. I only watched a minute or so of it, but what really interested me were the comments. They all extolled FJB’s leadership on the world stage, how strong he was and how leaders of the E.U. didn’t laugh at him like they did when Trump warned them against becoming dependent on Russian oil.
It’s as if the world his followers are looking at and the one I’m seeing are 180º apart. Hard to imagine reconciling the differences.

Biden could be officially declared braindead and he would still get the D vote. The Democrats took the "what you shouldn't do" from the Carter-Baker Commission and made it their playbook. The braindead voting for the braindead plus the harvested ballots adds up to election victory. My question is what will be different in 2024? What have the Republicans actually done that will change the result?
Why is there still any debate of his senility or his guilt as a felon? Why do we sit day after day after day playing this game while he destroys the nation? Why can’t something be done about the lawlessness of this government?
