He’s talking about voter fraud.
Says he can’t prosecute it properly because his hands are tied by the Legislature (he explains why)
Says TX will end up like CA
Paxton said that the Texas Court of Appeals ruled that it was unconstitutional for him to prosecute voter fraud because he is in the executive branch. This means that the Democrats control voter fraud prosecutions through their DA's. The culprit is the courts, and Republican judges, just like the RINO controlled courts that ruled there was no standing for anyone to bring court actions for election fraud. Our judges are the problem, they have become too powerful, as the Anti-Federalists feared.

How many successful campaigns has Rove actually ran?I always thought that Bush and Rove won in 2000 and 2004 because the Clintons sabotaged the Democrats.

It sounds like Texas is lost to the rats and has been for 14 years. That really sucks.
No wonder they wanted to get rid of Paxton. He’s not in their club of lies and corruption.

It isn’t just the voter fraud that is going to ruin Texas.
It started with Perry and continued with Abbott. Doing everything they can to lure businesses from high tax states to set up shop. And of course the only companies they want to lure are the liberal tech companies.
Change the voting demographics, even without the fraud, eventually their numbers get large enough that even if they only inhabit a few cities, they can run the statewide offices. As they do in so many states.
Georgia is doing the exact same thing.

He’s 60 years old. Young enough to look at his next gig. Something tells me he should be Trumps attorney general along with the 800 lawyers he has working for him in Texas. I don’t totally buy his argument the democrats can control the gop in Tx. It’s the GOP’s fault. That means he should lower his sights and take on Cornyn in ‘26. Stay right where he is and finish his current term.
Talks with a lisp.

If he gets serious about challenging Cornyn, it wouldn’t surprise me if Cornyn bows out. Doesn’t want to get embarrassed like Romney.
Then again, if Pres Trump were to win and named him AG with the sole dictate “destroy them all”, Lord would that be something to witness.

Although the impeachment of Paxton was not followed as closely, it was a relief to hear he was acquitted. Rove's bushes have been after this guy's tail for some time now.
As he walked away from this last attempt to oust him, was able
to catch some of his first free words that afternoon on WBAP
radio. Paxton and Trump seem to be made from the same cloth,
a hearty tweed that wears well. Like many other states in our
union, Texas has some real zingers where laws are concerned.
Paxton. feeling the same re John C. as most Texans do. Whither or not he decides to run against this rhino, Most of us would consider it a plus positive move. Losing him from his present post would be the only negative. Texas needs Paxton in order to still be Texas.
Thanks for the ping, PP.

Well, I didn't start the thread...
It's not just Texas. What we are witnessing is the ruling elite nationwide stifling Republican government, and the courts have played a leading role, both by commission, and omission. It needs to be addressed.

Go to Tucker’s Profile on X and scroll down the roster of interviews he’s done — JUST since leaving Fox.
If he keeps it up, he’s gonna be a bigger name than Barbara Walters. Ultimately, he could even snag the “Most Trusted Name In News” title from Walter Cronkite’s ghost.
