He’s talking about voter fraud.
Says he can’t prosecute it properly because his hands are tied by the Legislature (he explains why)
Says TX will end up like CA


Paxton said that the Texas Court of Appeals ruled that it was unconstitutional for him to prosecute voter fraud because he is in the executive branch. This means that the Democrats control voter fraud prosecutions through their DA's. The culprit is the courts, and Republican judges, just like the RINO controlled courts that ruled there was no standing for anyone to bring court actions for election fraud. Our judges are the problem, they have become too powerful, as the Anti-Federalists feared.
