Hunter Biden arraignment set for September 26 in Delaware; judge says he must appear in person

A federal magistrate judge has denied Hunter Biden’s request to appear virtually for his first court hearing in the federal gun case against him and set his arraignment for September 26.

The initial court appearance and arraignment for President Joe Biden’s son will be held at 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday before Magistrate Judge Christopher J. Burke.

“In the end, the Court agrees with both Defendant … and the Government … that Defendant should not receive special treatment in this matter – absent some unusual circumstance, he should be treated just as would any other defendant in our Court. Any other defendant would be required to attend his or her initial appearance in person. So too here,” the judge wrote.

"... that Defendant should not receive special treatment in this matter – absent some unusual circumstance ..."

If there's a legal loophole, the leftists will exploit it. Especially with the Bidens.

He'll have another 20 car motorcade like the last time, because he's just a "private citizen."

From July:

‘Private citizen’ Hunter Biden gets motorcade entourage to and from court, triggering uproar

If he’s innocent like he says he would be there trying to defend himself. But he knows, and the rest of us knows that he is as guilty as they come.

If the judge has a huge pair of huevos he’ll require him to take a drug test that day.

I’d pay $50 on pay per view to see THAT drug report!

The smartest guy Sow Joe knows...

He’ll show up with a specimen cup taped to his leg, just in case they demand a drug test.

If a former President can be required to appear, then so can a current President’s son.

Also, as commenters at some sites are quick to tell me that Hunter is not an elected official and his actions have no bearing on anything at all. The exact comment I read from several is “I don’t recall seeing Hunter Biden’s name on the ballot” or “I wasn’t planning on voting for Hunter Biden, were you?” They can’t have it both ways.

Hunter Biden is not special in this case. He was not acting under official government duties at the time so he can’t use that “out”. No matter the fact that at many times he was acting at his VP Father’s direction when extorting money through Ukraine.

This is all for show, to make CNN viewers think the DOJ is treating Joe and Humper like regular guys. Don’t buy into it.
They’re not looking into the crimes that involve Joe.

Newsom’s longtime ties to Hunter Biden emerge after he justifies his business deals: ‘Here’s my direct email’!

Fox News Digital reviewed dozens of emails between Hunter Biden and Gavin Newsom, his associates

FIRST ON FOX: California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s recent defense of Hunter Biden against allegations of nepotism and shady business deals follows emails from Biden’s infamous laptop showing the president’s son donated thousands of dollars to Newsom’s gubernatorial campaign and lent his name to multiple fundraisers on his behalf.

Newsom, who is expected to attend Wednesday’s GOP debate on behalf of the Biden campaign, brushed off allegations of Hunter Biden’s corrupt business dealings last week, saying it is “hardly unique” for people to use their family members to get ahead.

“I don’t know enough about the details of that. I mean I’ve seen a little of that,” Newsom told CNN’s Dana Bash when asked if Hunter Biden did anything “inappropriate” leveraging his father’s name in his business dealings.

“If that’s the new criteria, there are a lot of folks in a lot of industries – not just in politics – where people have family members and relationships and they’re trying to parlay and get a little influence and benefit in that respect. That’s hardly unique.”

The recent comments from Newsom, who officially agreed to participate in a Fox News debate in November against Gov. Desantis with Sean Hannity moderating, led to a Fox News Digital review of dozens of emails between Hunter and Newsom and his associates discussing matters such as fundraising, promoting documentaries, and personal conversations over the course of nearly a decade.

In October 2010, Hunter Biden’s business partner Eric Schwerin floated then-San Francisco Mayor Newsom and his sister, Hilary, as “usual suspects” to try to connect with when he’s in California’s Bay Area. About a month later, Schwerin suggested that Newsom, among others, should be invited to a China state dinner. However, it does not appear he attended the dinner.

Has anyone surmised that the large amounts of money that the Bidens are receiving is associated with the possible sale of national secrets and has nothing to do with influence peddling? I bring this up because of the many FBI raids on Trump and the confidential papers found in the Biden garage and the overflight of the Chinese spy balloon.

That’s my general assumption. Biden via Hunter has been selling military and other information to China and other nations. Probably including Russia.
