Trade with China was not free trade. You cannot have free trade with a country whose companies are owned by their army.

I think, barring some supernatural event, China is contained. They could take Taiwan, but at terrific cost from which they would never recover. I think the Taiwanese would sabotage & destroy all chip facilities before handing them over.
Only willfully stupid people think we are a great country today.
And only willfully ignorant people believe China will collapse, etc, etc.
Americans who can barely buy groceries will love hearing about the coming war with China, so the propaganda is in place to set the stage.
There are over 25000 US expats in China and they are happy.
Some Americans have been unable to keep up with the changes and some are so glued to an outdated roadmap that they believe Biden, Zelensky, the antiTrumpers, and the state media.
