PATRIARCHAL SOLUTION: If guilty by jury of peers......or confessed....or by a fair judge.......turn him/her/it/? over to family(ies) of aggrieved for execution up to and including the same method(s) and lack of mercy used on their lost ones.
All assets and interests of the Perp, including previously bequeathed, revert to the victims’s family.
Allow family to auction off the right to execute Perp and or pay per view.....for partial recompense.

Try the Belgium euthanasia technique. Tie him down and put a pillow on his face. The RATs used this method on Scalia and it worked well.
