Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) quietly has directed the Senate's Sergeant at Arms to no longer enforce the chamber's informal dress code for its members, Axios has learned.
Why it matters: The new directive will allow Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.), who tends to favor gym shorts and hoodies over the business attire traditionally required in the chamber, to linger on the Senate floor before and after votes.

...so not only should Fetterman NOT be in the Senate, but he can now dress as he strolls thru the Senate like a gangster rapper.
It used to be that out of respect for the office, the elected ones would dress appropriately, not like a slob in freaky looking gym clothes!
Democrats continue to drag American society and culture down to 3d world levels
MY guess is that he has a mental disorder because of his stroke(s) back in 2022, that cause him to react like a old man with Alzheimer’s or a child that is autistic, and anyone that would criticize his dress or demand that he dress ‘appropriately’ would set him off................
Fetterman wants to wear hoodies so he can hide the massive scar of the Lipoma removed from his neck.
Fetterman is like Biden. He is a tool. He is allowed to break all the rules. He was put in office to make him a useful idiot for the dimrats.
Schumer is a useful idiot who is doing his part when it comes to chipping away at our republic.
Senators soon will be signing million dollar Hoodie/Track suit deals with Nike, Reebok etc.
If it weren’t for double standards the Senate would have no standards.

Fetterman looks like one of those guys you see standing at a busy intersection with a squeegee in his hand, asking if he can clean your windshield.
Third World countries wouldn’t allow politicians to dress like slobs. So this is sub-Third World.
Americans do need to hold Schumer, Fetterman and Biden up as the example of Democrat “leaders!”
And then vote for sane people!
Who think, speak and dress as “Normal Americans!”
Politicians might just as well dress trashy to match their character.
Can’t wait to see what Kyrsten Sinema chooses to wear.
