It did. His own personal counsel.

Trump’s co-defendant Ken Chesbro quoted an article written by Lawrence Tribe as justification that false electors could be used.

I think he’s doing too many risky interviews

interesting to read these comments. It exposes who is, and is not, deepstate supporters.
The Bush cartel supporters never have liked Trump. And will support whatever flavor of the month is presented by main stream media.

“He’s literally destroying his own defense by doing these interviews and talking about ongoing cases.”

I haven’t seen the interview, but some of Trump’s lawyers thought it was stolen. I saw one who had also been indicted say the other day it was stolen.
The ones who thought it was legitimate had ulterior motives. They can’t be that stupid.

Trump represents an existential threat to the establishment/Swamp.
No other candidate does.
I will take the existential threat, because anything less is the end of the Republic.

Trump demonstrated *he* really believed there was fraud.

Just maybe he’s saying it’s on my shoulders I made the final call. He’s not blaming others for what he did or didn’t do he saying he made the call and maybe he should’ve listen to other people. But he didn’t and he is admitting that. There are 18 other people involved in this.

“Fake electors” aren’t. They are alternate electors.

Come on. He accepted the lawyers counsel from the lawyers who agreed with him. Give me a break. If I’m innocent, I seek out an attorney who will help me, not one who thinks I should plea bargain.
The MSM has been in full force.
The 2020 POTUS election was stolen and now we have this Biden who can not even remember what he said before.
First of all, Biden never ever told the electorate that he has has three (3) Bleeding Brain aneurysms because that would have been enough not to vote for this Biden guy.
Biden is running because he is protecting his son and protecting himself but it ain't going to work.
Biden is guilty and so is his son.
What I want to know is "How Biden accumulated five (5) estate homes near the beach in Delaware.

Thre can’t be a true charge that’s also nonsense.
There’s one thing to “talk about” and yet another to speak self-incrimination.

The former president, 77, was asked by NBC’s Kristen Welker on “Meet the Press”
why he opted to ignore his “most senior lawyers” and campaign staffers about the election results.“Because I didn’t respect them,” Trump replied.

So why? Why did Trump repeatedly surround himself with people he didn't respect?
Oh, but he won't do that anymore. 2024 will be different.

No. They’re not that stupid. They’re in on it.
To: Olog-hai
Prosecutors have discretion. They are free to decline prosecution as they see fit. Let's take the tax charge. He was indicted because he didn't write "payoff to a hooker" on his tax return, basically. Technically he's probably guilty, but these charges are nonsense and are hardly used.
It's possible to believe, as I do, that Trump should not be charged and also should not win the presidency.
To: thegagline
Except, based upon what has come out Pres, Trump was correct. The election was hijacked..

No, he isn’t saying he should have listened to other people. He has no doubt that it was stolen.
