Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Mich) said President Biden should not intervene in negotiations between the United Auto Workers (UAW) union and automakers amid an ongoing strike.
“First of all, I do not believe that the President should intervene or be at the negotiating table. I’ve said that from the beginning,” Dingell said, in an interview with “Face The Nation” moderator Margaret Brennan on Sunday.

he already has intervened.
Actually the strike may just save the industry. If they are not making electric cars at least the bleeding will stop.
Already took a side. If he had half a brain he would have called on both side to sit down and work out the problem.
She had lots of experience with a fading husband John Dingell Jr., the longest serving member of the US House.
retired after being in office for 59 years and 21 days, on January 3, 2015, and his wife Debbie Dingell was elected to succeed him. He died at age 92.
His last years included a young man aide who wheeled his wheelchair into the House and told him when there was a vote, indicating the yes or no votes Dingell wanted. Dingell’s head was drooped over toward his waist the whole time.
He was an avid gun right spokesman and fought his Dem Party’s gun restrictions, often saving us from worse ones coming to a vote. He was on the board of the NRA until 1994 when he compromised on some Clinton legislation.
The UAW should be on strike over having to build pure EVs.

The first thing she has said that I can agree to.
There has been a Dingell in the House of Reps since the 1930s. First John Sr., then John Jr., then Debbie. I was under the mistaken impression that elected offices in this country were not supposed to be inherited.

Ha, ha, ha.......
The Big Three are all failing. None of them can do anything but screw around and lose money on EV’s.
Tesla stock gained in one day more than the combined stock price of Ford and GM. That speaks volumes on the market’s view of them.
I knew there were others. Didn’t realize there were that many. Not surprised.
