Option One is a free society where there are norms and rules that we all abide by and our Constitutional rights are protected and everybody has a right to participate in their own governance. This is my favorite option. It’s the one that I grew up in back when America was a free country and not a pronoun-fixated banana republic. Option Two is an authoritarian dictatorship where guys like me are in charge. Not my first choice, but I can live with it.

I agree with author 100%. If we can't have a constitutional republic, then a right-wing nationalist dictatorship will have to do. South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Spain, and Chile were saved and actually benefitted from them. Life wasn't so good for the socialists and the left though. But they did get perks like free helicopter rides in Chile...

I don’t get the constitutional rights crap. I like the guy but what are constitutional rights? Rights are bestowed by God to his human creation. States don’t have em, guns don’t have em.

And our country is not a democracy. It is a republic. which means it is ruled by law, based on Gods law, no matter how many people think that might not be what they like. They might try to vote out a law. but right and wrong cannot be voted on.

I want to thank the versatile governor of New Mexico ... for being a communist and a fascist all at once.

I've always said that the only substantive difference between fascists and socialists (communists) is the preferred color of their uniforms. Fascists go for blacks and browns, communists go for red neckerchiefs or trim.
