Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) wrote Monday that it is “unbelievable” that Senate Democrats continue to block disaster relief for Americans unless it is paired with Ukraine aid.

This likely wouldn’t have been an issue if he stuck to his earlier position that the war wasn’t our business, as Trump and DeSantis agreeing that it’s not our business likely would have led the rest of the Republicans to end the bloodbath there, months ago.

Pass a seperate bill in the house on a single issue for aid for Maui. Whenever the Senate amends it, just amend it to remove all amendments and sent it back to the Senate. Money’s there. The Hawaii delegation just needs to get their party behind passing it. Of course it’s too hard because the RINOs don’t want to serve the American people. They want to do deals.
