We had a pan handler in Kansas City named “Jerry” who spent his whole life begging for money at the most expensive cross road in town. The guy was pulling down 90k back twenty-five years ago and they got on tax evasion. He was relentless.
At 30-years-old? Late bloomer!
The found him. Brandon Ellerbe. Amish....
I read over fifty years ago that a NY subway panhandler could make more in a day than a working man. And his “take” was tax free as no records exist.
Appears that a new crew was taking over that spot.

Someone who is developmentally disabled should be in a care home not on the street.
He was probably shot by some bum over his panhandling territory. Anyone who gives money to these sign holders may as well put a bullet into the beggar. It would be more humane than the person overdosing on drugs or alcohol.

Nah, we should only hate people who intentionally hurt and/or kill other people, unless done in defense of themselves or other innocent victims. Thugs like this shooter should be tried, convicted, sentenced to hang, and publicly executed within a couple of weeks following their apprehension.
Could be as simple as black on white racism.

Or domestic surveillance wanted to post their own person on that corner under cover of a homeless guy for some reason to monitor traffic, and he refused to give it up.
I’m not kidding when I say the domestic surveillance is that bad in this nation. The vids this guy caught before they killed him are amazing.
They say it is Police, and Lang thought it was, but from what I have seen they just try to make it look that way. It looks to me like a CIA “Training” program they expanded throughout the country, into cells in each neighborhood, which does everything surveillance and file-building for real, but just for “training” and maintains things like this off the books.
I’ve got them living in the houses around me due to my website. They literally shine some kind of pulsed microwave/radiation thing at the house which makes it feel like your body is vibrating. You can feel it turn on and off.
Better than NSA Executive Bill Binney, who had them blow open a hole in the shielding in his ceiling from some aerial platform they zap him with.

Weirdest thing is nobody has any idea how bad it is in the US, even after Trump should have won by a massive landslide against a guy who barely ran and had no crowds, and the election was outright stolen.
