Not really. Or maybe its just poor editing (or poor reading on my part).
The way its written its sounds like when Maher says, 'There is no comparison between President Trump and Biden', he's implying that President Trump's fictitious "crimes" (prosecuted by the Deep State Stasi) is much worse than Biden's real treason. Maher's just griping that the Media is ignoring Biden's crimes (even though they 'don't compare to President Trump').
