Nope - you cannot have a western country either largely populated or with a ruling class (see Ivy League student bodies for who will rule over your children) that is non-western. When culturally dissimilar minorities dominate the business and cultural spheres in a given country over the majority, it usually doesn’t work well for either.

You can’t be non Euro descended and be a part of western culture. You are just a tolerated guest in our country.
