Russia is moving the Generalissimo Suvorov, a strategic nuclear submarine that can carry ballistic missiles with a range of 9,300 kilometres and nuclear warheads, to the Pacific Ocean
I’m thinking that was an autocorrect - the correct English translation is “Generalissimus Suvorov”. Similar concept, slightly different implications - namely that tinpot dictators never seem to use this term, instead preferring the Italian term Generalissimo. :P
Additionally, that would be one way to clean up the feces-soaked streets of West Coast cities... :P
