The Texas Supreme Court on Thursday permitted the state's ban on transgender medical procedures for minors to take effect.
The ruling came down after a judge last Friday issued an injunction against the law in response to a lawsuit brought by families of transgender youths and doctors. The law is set to take effect Friday.
"Today’s cruel ruling places Texas’ transgender youth, and the families and medical professionals who love and care for them, directly in harm’s way," lawyers for the families said in a joint statement reported by Reuters.

SB 14 would prohibit transgender minors from accessing hormone therapies, puberty blockers and transition surgeries. Children who have already received this treatment must be weaned off.

They are saying it’s dangerous NOT to administer puberty blockers and cross sex hormones.
Their legal argument is that people are in danger to NOT do these trestments. But to allow the normal development is putting youth in danger. Letting children grow up without these interventions is dangerous to them.
Why do we need the legal system for that?
But wait the federal courts haven’t been heard from yet and the US Supreme Court currently under intimidation may have to make a call down the road.

What is wrong with the medical community. Europe has been on the trans bandwagon for two decades. They have mounds of data on the effects of trans. The life expediency of people who trans is half the life expediency on those who do not.
Puberty blockers and hormone treatments for neutering minor children has no place in medical practice, and should properly belong in a criminal procedure. There have been horror stories about “mad scientists” and evil doctors messing with human metabolism going back literally centuries, and while these accounts are already hair-rising, what is going on right now with the more recent advances on “modification” practices, the horror is only multiplied.
“Gender transition” does not stop suicides. The suicide is simply deferred until AFTER irreversible procedures have been carried out.
Sometimes the good guys win one, although it’s a very rare occurrence in the New Bidenskyyyyy Amerika these days.
I put “Texas ban on puberty blockers” into Google and every damned result was a news article condemning the ban.
