Purge all voter rolls and insist on re-registering only voters who can show positive identification.

No, homeless people cannot register for mail-in ballots. They will need to have some fixed address or go to a vote center to vote.

No, non-citizens cannot be allowed to vote in any elections.

Expire all registrations after ten years, as many States to with driver's licenses.

when you get a ballot in the mail, fill it out and send it! Then go to the poll and vote again, go to another county and vote there too. Make them contest it, claim ignorance.

works for dems

The EC is being bypassed by so far I think eleven states who have agreed with each other in an interstate Compact that is patently unConstitutional to give their electoral votes to the popular vote winner and that means to the Democrat candidate because enough votes can and will be manufactured in several Democrat cities in Democrat and Republican states to reach supermajority levels and, of course, the GOP will be comfy with that. Republicans don’t mind losing so long as there is some sort of Election, no matter how manipulated.

Fraud would have been even easier without the EC.

One main purpose is the Founders thought it preferable that a President have 51% support among a wide variety of districts, than 98% support in a few large districts.

To that end, I would advocate more states adopting the system where each Congressional district elects its own elector, rather than the statewide “winner takes all”. It would also make fraud harder, and dilute the influence of urban areas.

Many years ago, I read a small book...55 Men and the Constitution by Rodell..day to day discussions...before it came to be.

A couple things stood out...The Popular Vote...what happens when the have nots outnumber the haves ans....second...there is no check on the Supreme Court unless you consider voting on the nomination a check. In other words...Roe V Wade could not be deemed in error....except by the USSC passing another decision.

The electoral college makes no difference whatsoever (so long as it's the demoncrats counting the votes).

No other topic, that of the executive office, occupied more of the Framers’ time and consideration. As Gouverneur Morris warned, “Original vice here could not be corrected.” The Framers had to get it right. They did.

Yes, the Left corrupted the Scoutus as they have the other branches.

While many blame the Framers, I do not.

If you can find Rodell’s book on line...it’s worth the read. It is their diary of their conversations. It’s a paperback. I think it should be read by every school kid...

All the 11 states that signed on that contract are normally in the Democratic column anyway. Keep in mind that except in 2004, no Republican candidate in the century has won a majority of the popular vote. I suspect that New York and California inflate the popular vote to show a popular majority for the Democratic candidate. Although both California and New York are safe Democratic states, the Democratic machines in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York City likely pumped up the number of voters who favored Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and John Kerry.

while the Democrats have shown an ability to manipulate the Electoral College in 2020 through the control of key counties in the six disputed states, going to a pure majority system would make their life far easier. Basically the Acela corridor, the Chicago to Pittsburgh corridor, and the California cities would decide Presidential elections.
