Diplomacy! Ukraine Tells Critics of Slow Counter Offensive to ‘Shut Up’
Breitbart ^ | 09/02/2023 | Oliver JJ. Lane

Critics of the slow progress of the counteroffensive against the Russian invasion are spitting in the face of Ukrainian soldiers and should “shut up”, lest they want to try taking up arms against Moscow themselves, Ukraine has said.

In another instance of Ukraine appearing to snap at its allies and backers, Kyiv’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba made caustic remarks at a conference in Spain on Thursday. Dismissing the concerns of those who discuss the apparent failure of the ‘Spring’ offensive to turn back the Russian war machine now as Autumn approaches, Kuleba said while sharing the podium with his Spanish counterpart:

the little Zelensky mercenary Dog of War won't stop yapping like a mad Chihuaha until his little Biden crime family pawn shop is "liberated".

sort of brings back memories of Yassir Arafat who's goal was never peace for "palestine" (whatever that was), the goal of Biden/Zelensky is not peace for Ukraine. It is the destruction of Russia .

Actually when it comes to some fighting strategies the West has taught Ukrainians to follow... Some of those strategies are indeed deeply flawed and fantasies taken from a boy scout manual.

There is unproven Western combat strategies / theories against Russia VS reality of war endured by Ukraine against Russia as we speak.

I tend to listen more to those who are actually IN the war, than armchair generals and other theorists.

Lets not forget that Trump was elected in 2016 and Zelensky was elected in 2019...

Also, some interesting facts:

The irony here is that Zelensky is actually a true right winger. He was elected in a landslide (73%) and is both loved and hated for the same reasons Trump was elected and is loved and hated for.

Zelensky it the Ukrainian version of Trump. No wonder many dislike him.

Trump and Zelensky were elected to combat corruption and the deep-state in respective countries. Trump and zelskly have hit hard on corruption. Zelinsky though has succeeded in imprisoning scores of corrupted people working for the State.

Other similarities Trump/Zelensky:

Outsider Status: Both Trump and Zelensky portrayed themselves as political outsiders during their respective campaigns. Trump, a businessman, and Zelensky, a comedian, ran for office without prior political experience.

Populist Appeal: Both leaders appealed to populist sentiments, addressing the concerns of everyday citizens and positioning themselves as champions of the “common people.”

Use of Social Media: Trump and Zelensky have effectively used social media platforms, particularly Twitter, to communicate directly with their supporters and the general public, often making controversial statements and policy announcements.

Anti-Establishment Stance: They both presented themselves as disruptors of the political establishment, promising to “drain the swamp” (Trump’s phrase) or fight against corruption (Zelensky’s promise).

Strong Rhetoric: Both leaders are known for their blunt and sometimes confrontational rhetoric, often challenging political opponents and critics publicly.

Media Attention: Trump and Zelensky received extensive media coverage, with their actions and statements frequently making headlines both nationally and internationally.

Celebrity Status: Prior to entering politics, both Trump and Zelensky were well-known public figures in their respective fields—Trump as a real estate magnate and reality TV star, and Zelensky as a comedian and television personality.

Electoral Victories: Both won their respective presidential elections as political outsiders, with Trump securing the U.S. presidency in 2016 and Zelensky winning the Ukrainian presidency in 2019.

Polarizing Figures: Trump and Zelensky have divided public opinion, with strong support from their respective bases and significant opposition from critics who question their qualifications and policies.

Unconventional Leadership Styles: They have exhibited unconventional leadership styles, often bypassing traditional diplomatic protocols and taking unorthodox approaches to governance.

I have sympathy for the Ukrainians because they are the ones doing all the dying in this proxy war. A war they had no chance of winning without direct NATO involvement. When the reality finally dawns on the Ukies that they have been played as geopolitical pawns for the US they are not going to be happy about what was done to them and their country.

the goal of Biden/Zelensky is not peace for Ukraine. It is the destruction of Russia .

Loudly proclaimed by several posters here. They don’t want just a peace settlement; they want all-out revenge. It’s sickening, not only do they not care about the Ukrainian losses, but they don’t care about ours if we got in it.

Time and again, you are proving yourself (in a spectacular way) being anti-Trump and and anti-American.

You neo-soviet people shouldn’t do neo-soviet propaganda on American sites like FR.

Your beloved globo-alliance : Russia, China, North Korea, Venezuela, Nicaragua, IRAN, Cuba... have no chance of beating the West, ever.

Your desperate propaganda for the rich deep-state crowd in the Kremlin is futile.

Go eat some ice-cream.

It would be helpful for you to identify "those who are actually IN the war" to whom you listen. Would you?

I always side on the defender’s side.
If Ukraine had attacked Russia and annexed 20% ot it’s territory, I would have been a supporter of Russia’s right to liberate itself by all means necessary.

However it turned out the other way didn’t it?
Ukraine was attacked and invaded by Russia.

The war will end when all russians soldiers will be out of Ukraine/Crimea.

Russia’s imperialism and expansionism cannot in anyway be accepted or tolerated in this time and age. We are not living in the 1800. We are in 2023.

Not necessarily the destruction of Russia. Just to take it down a few pegs. For years now, it has been on a *lebensraum* campaign of taking chunks of other nations just because some Russians live there.

Unless Russia learns that “war is bad”, it will continue to aggress on other nations, like the Baltic states and Poland, and... Basically, against all its former Soviet vassal states that it wants to snatch back.

They haven’t even gotten it out of their heads that such places should be *grateful* for being under the Russian boot, instead of resentful and hateful.

It is also a lack of understanding as to why Americans are horrified that Ukrainians embrace Nazism. It is because the Ukrainians don’t just see Nazis as the lesser evil compared to communists, but as liberators of Ukraine against the genocidal communists, who purposefully starved 3.5 to 5 million Ukrainians to death, in the “Holodomor”.

A totally different view of Nazism than the western one. The Nazis stood up for them when no one else would.

And there are the sanctimonious Russians, again, who think that Ukrainians should be grateful to the Russians for tyrannically ruling over them.

Thanks for the statement, the additional explanation being unnecessary. I side with neither. We obviously can only differ, therefore.

The Nazis stood up for them when no one else would.

Until they didn't. Then they pretty much treated them like the other "untermenschen" Slavs.
