Trump Co-Defendant John Eastman on Laura Ingraham's Show: If We Don’t Fight Back, We Will Never Have a Fair Election Again
Breitbart ^ | 08/31/2023 | Jeff Poor

Wednesday on FNC’s “The Ingraham Angle,” Trump co-defendant John Eastman argued efforts to focus on alleged wrongdoing during the 2020 election were justified.

Eastman told host Laura Ingraham those aligned with former President Donald Trump had to fight back or face the possibility of never having a “fair election” again.

“The answer is not to just, you know, take a powder and concede because then it will get worse on the next go around,” he said. “The answer is to fight it with everything we’ve got because what’s at stake here is too important. People keep asking me, why don’t you move on, why do you keep focusing on the 2020 election?”

“We don’t need to get into whether there was fraud or not,” Eastman added. “There was clearly illegality — non-legislative officials changing the rules of the game up to the election in Pennsylvania, even after the election, changing the rules of the game. If we don’t fight back against that, we will never have a fair election again. We will cease to be a people governed. Those are the stakes here.”

Eastman was indicted along with 17 others in Fulton County, GA. He was charged with nine counts, including racketeering, conspiracy to commit forgery and filing false documents.

He’s absolutely right. In a sense, we are all on trial in those four disgusting show trials.

If I understand correctly, John Eastman was President Trump’s COUNSEL. How the hell is it even legal to indict him?

Trump co-defendant John Eastman and 17 others were indicted by the overly ambitious Fani Willis.

The sophomoric counts include “racketeering, conspiracy to commit forgery and filing false documents.”

This is Willis’ MO to advance herself by giving Democrats a monopoly on campaign results conversations.

Certainly no one has started even the slightest effort to fight back...
I'm sure Generals Howe, Burgoyne, Cornwallis, and Clinton wish today's pathetic Aamericans had been around in 1778-1881...

RE: <><>unelected govt officials were changing the rules of the game up until Pa’s election day.

Yes, but this case is about Georgia, not Pennsylvania, so the case is about Fraud. UNless Georgia also changed the rules of the game until the state’s election day.

Big changes under Georgia’s new election law
By Nathan Layne
June 14, 2023

WASHINGTON, June 14 (Reuters) - Georgia Governor Brian Kemp this year signed into law sweeping voting restrictions sponsored by Republicans, with potentially big implications for how elections are administered in the battleground state in 2022, and the U.S. presidential contest of 2024.

Proponents say the legislation is needed to safeguard elections and restore voters’ faith in the process. Opponents say it was born out of the Republican Party’s “Big Lie,” the false claim that Democrat Joe Biden’s defeat of incumbent President Donald Trump in November was the result of widespread fraud.

Below are some of the law’s most consequential changes, according to interviews with a dozen county leaders of the Democratic Party, Republican officials and election experts in Georgia.

DROP BOXES The law limits each county to one drop box per 100,000 active registered voters or one for each early voting location, whichever number is smaller. The change will lead to a sharp drop from the 330 drop boxes used across the state in November.

The biggest impact will be felt in the most populous counties. For instance, the total number of drop boxes in Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb and Gwinnett — the four counties which encompass and surround Atlanta, and which contain more than a third of the state’s Black population — will shrink by three-fourths to 23, based on the latest voter data.

Moreover, the law says drop boxes must be placed inside early voting sites or at elections offices, and that they can only be used during early voting hours. In 2020, by comparison, drop boxes could be placed outdoors and made available to voters 24 hours a day and through the evening of Election Day.

ABSENTEE BALLOTS Previously, a voter could request an absentee ballot as early as six months prior to an election and up until the Friday before an election. The new law cuts the window by more than half to 67 days.

The law also makes it illegal for election officials to mail absentee ballot applications to all voters, as Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, did ahead of the state’s June 2020 primary election as the coronavirus pandemic raged. Mail voting proved particularly popular among Democrats in November; nearly two-thirds of the 1.3 million absentee votes cast in Georgia went to Biden.

The law will also require voters for the first time to provide proof of identify when requesting an absentee ballot.

More than 272,000 registered voters don’t have a driver’s license or state ID on file with election officials; most are Black and live in Democratic-leaning counties, according to an analysis of voter data by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

STATE ELECTION BOARD The law created a new chair of the State Election Board, filling a post previously held by the Secretary of State with a “nonpartisan” executive appointed through the state legislature. Republicans currently control the legislature.

The law also gives the State Election Board the ability to suspend county election officials for poor performance or violations of state election regulations. Democrats worry that provision will allow the Republican-controlled board to install Republican partisans to oversee election counts.

Republicans say guardrails are built into the law to prevent quick or easy removal. Such an action requires a minimum of three violations of election rules or demonstration of “gross negligence” or “malfeasance” over the span of two consecutive elections.

Why don’t politicians care about their constituents?? Because the elections are rigged. They were primarily rigged for some time by gerrymandering the districts into mostly safe democrat and republican districts with the other fraud going into the swing districts. 3% fraud used to be baked into the cake. It went to 10% with Obama and 15% with Hillary. That is why they thought she would never lose. It went way, way over that in 2020. Many counties where there were more votes than registered voters.

Except between 30% and 45% of the population has not the slightest interest in having free or fair elections again. Dis be a leftover white man ideal. 5-10% couldn’t even spell “election”. The polarization of the electorate, the breeding of seething hatred between the parties, and the rugged economic times we are likely headed into will only serve to weld the voting levers (to use a quaint image) permanently into the “D” position. The Ds are never going to give up their demographic and cheating edges. They’ve proven they can get away with them.

Are you saying that because Eastman SAID “if we don’t fight back we will never have a fair election”...that it wasn’t necessary to SAY it?

WE DO NOT SAY IT OFTEN ENOUGH. WE SHOULD SAY IT EVERY DAY, EVERY HOUR, EVERY MINUTE OF EVERY DAY.

OR...let’s just stop saying it and accept the consequences.

That’s why the Rats win the competition and WE LOSE.
