I don’t think articles in British tabloids get you to proof in a court of law.
You may get people from the UK to testify to events that occurred when he was 13 years back in 1997 or even since, but that still does not get you to proof, it is just testimony that can easily be refuted.
The burden of proof would not be on Harry, and short of a positive drug test, there would be no proof.
I doubt that the Royals want Harry back and they most assuredly don't want Sparkles, who wouldn't go back there anyway.
Harry has claimed, for a very long time, that he wanted to live on Botswana or RSA and as a "remittance man", either of those places would be fine. But Sparkles won't live in either place and there are the kids......! It's all quit a mess.

Did Harry state on his immigration application that he has never drank alcohol? Does the United States prohibit people who have consumed alcohol from immigrating?
Maybe he was smoking pot in these pictures, maybe he was smoking tobacco or banana peels, but pictures do not prove the type of substance he was smoking.
And I do not belive being naked in Vegas is against the law.
Harry is his mother's son; many of the Spencer clan, for many centuries, have been just plain old NUTS and some of them quite evil!
Diana's father used to abuse and beat up her mother, who bolted; for but one example.
Then, a few 100 years ago, there was Lady Georgina Spencer, who was the "LADY DI" of her day.
