As the 2024 general election marches closer, President Donald Trump is in a dominant position to win back the White House next November.

New general election polling shows the 45th president leading Biden nationwide. According to Emerson College, Trump has a 5-point lead in a three-way battle for the nomination between himself, Biden, and Green Party candidate Cornel West.

Another new poll from Reuters/Ipsos illustrated Trump’s powerful position looking ahead to the 2024 general election. Their national data found that President Donald Trump had 38 percent support among general election respondents, including Democrats, Republicans, and Independents.

Joe Biden had 32 percent of support. Among Republicans in their poll, Trump held 52 percent of support, gaining five more points of support since August 3. Republican presidential candidate Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., held 13 percent support, illustrating neither a point gain nor loss for the Florida leader since the beginning of the month.

Yet another August poll from Leger/NYP taken late in the month found that Trump had a nationwide lead in the general election, edging out a three-point gap between himself and Biden. 15 percent of respondents indicated that they would like to see “someone else” as the president in 2024.

In their poll, the 2024 GOP presidential primary showed monstrous support for Trump among conservative voters, with the 45th president taking a whopping 61 percent of Republican support, while DeSantis accrued only 9 percent.

Trump joked on Monday that there were “strong” rumors in political circles that DeSantis “will be dropping out of the Presidential race in order to run, in Florida, against Rick Scott for Senate. Now that’s an interesting one, isn’t it?”

McLaughlin & Associates found last week that in a 2024 presidential general election, Trump would win across the board against Biden (47 percent to 43 percent) or Kamala Harris (50 percent to 40 percent).

Trump will beat Biden like a rented mule. The Dems know this, it’s why they are going thru contortions to bend any and all legal norms and precedent to wound him, they went nuclear.

I really just don’t trust polls too much anymore. They’ve skewed to being persuasive rather than predictive. At least quite a few of them seem to be.

The only poll that matters is the one on election d...

Oh, wait, that one doesn't matter, either.

Trump could be up by 20 points in these polls, it still won't matter, because Biden is going to receive at least 100 million ballots in 2024. After all, he's the most popular president ever, even more popular than The Won.

Polling means nothing. Without effective ballot-harvesting in place in states which allow it, Biden will win again. Trump or whoever does not need to beat Biden in harvested ballots - just need to offset it to some small degree, given the Republican advantage in Election Day turnout and votes.

Greg Kelly of Newsmax said on Monday night his sources are telling him the tape will go public between September 5 and October 31. In his words, he said definitively Biden will not survive in office after tape is released.

Not sure I agree with Kelly on that. Depends entirely on what the media is instructed to do. They can 1) report the truth and force out Biden from the campaign, to be replaced by Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama, or 2) continue in cover up mode, in which case only FReepers and a few others will know the truth, and Biden will survive just fine.

My money is riding on #1.

Which means that Libs will suddenly start to care about scandal in Biden. The only real scandal about Biden according to them is that he could lose to Trump. Look for Biden to be replaced.

He’s up 7 in the rust belt states as well last I saw...

The electability argument was ALWAYS a scam... its what the establishment rolls out every time the peons get uppity and don’t follow the script.....

It cost us the PA Senate seat... and countless other races ove r the years, because the establishment GOP would happily have a democrat win rather than have someone that isn’t the “right kind” of republican win.

The only president (of either party) who won his first election in a 2 way race, then grew his base by more than 17%, during his first term.... but he can’t win a general election... absurd.

Reality is, if TRUMP can’t win no Republican can win... period.

I give zero credibility to any poll. Full showing that Trump is up could be out there just to show Biden as a comeback kid shortly before the election. I really doubt there’s an honest poll out there

Whether Trump runs against Traitorjoe or a fresh cow patty, the Traitorcrats have rigged the election system. It worked in 2020 (according to Mollie Hemingway in her book, Rigged), and the Traitorcrats have been fine-tuning it since then.

The RINOcrats have done and will do nothing to fix the system. Patriots who have used the First Amendment to object to the corrupt election system have been indicted as a warning to other true Americans.

If it looks like Trump is going to win, the Democrats will find a reason to declare martial law and postpone elections.

I'm betting on a new and deadly strain of COVID plus wildfires around the country caused by climate change...both of which will make it illegal to leave your house.

Though local police departments may not support an enforced lockdown, the National Guard will be called up and those local police who DO support the Democrats will be deputized.

Does not matter what these polls say.

What matters is the fix already in place in Atlanta, Phoenix, Detroit, Philadelphia, Milwaukee and other soon the be discovered Dem strongholds in swing states (Cleveland? St. Louis? Kansas City? Memphis? Nashville?)

So, five “battleground states” are in the tank for the dems already. I suspect Ohio, Missouri and Tennessee will be added, or at least attempt to be added to the firewall of corruption and fraud.

The fraud in places like Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, Las Vegas - will be off the charts. It must be, for Biden’s deep-state masters to have any chance whatsoever.

I don’t expect the GOP to lead, but independent and intrepid people will discover and report on what will be many totally obvious instances.

I expect the subsequent firestorm will set off a Constitutional crisis, possibly even some kind of coup/war within in Washington DC

How does it break down electorally? Especially battleground states? Specifically: PA, WI, MI, GA, AZ? Anybody doing those yet?

From a purely political perspective Republicans need Joe out and Kamala in.

Kamala will not be able to debate any viable Republican nominee.

If Joe stays but doesn’t run the Newsom will get the nomination.

People will ignore the feces on the sidewalks and vote for Newsom so they can abort babies, kill infants, groom schoolchildren and sexually mutilate kids (not joking these are very real in Newsom’s California)
