He [Carlos Uriarte, DOJ assistant attorney general] also added that the time for testimony from anyone at the DOJ involved in the investigation would be "most appropriate" once the investigation is closed."As we and Mr. Weiss himself have noted, the most appropriate time for any testimony on the subject of any individual ongoing criminal investigation is after the matter is closed," Uriarte wrote.
When Uriarte states in his smarmy fashion that the "most appropriate time" for Jordan's witness questioning is ""after the matter is closed," everyone knows that time will come long after the 2024 election is over.
All this bogus shucking & jiving will come to an abrupt halt once Biden's Impeachment investigation gets underway. The investigatory powers of the Congressional Impeachment Committee is absolute. Uriarte and his ilk will have to cough-up every last iota of Biden's criminal activity and watch helplessly as The Big Guy goes down in flames.
