Douglas Macgregor, a retired colonel of the United States Army and a political analyst, told Tucker Carlson in an interview on his program on the social media network X, formerly known as Twitter, that Ukraine has already lost 400,000 soldiers in its war with Russia. His revelation comes as the New York Times reported that Ukraine’s counteroffensive is struggling because some of Kiev’s best troops are “in the wrong places.”
“I think all of the lies that have been told for more than a year and a half about “the Ukrainians are winning”, “Ukrainian causes just”, “the Russians are evil”, “the Russians are incompetent” - all of that is collapsing. And it's collapsing because what’s happening on the battlefield is horrific,” Macgregor told Carlson.
In this sense, the former adviser to the Department of Defense during the Presidency of Donald Trump affirmed that Ukraine had lost 400,000 men during the conflict with Russia.
“Ukrainians now we think have lost 400,000 men killed in battle. We were talking about 300-350,000 a few months ago. Within the last month of this supposed counteroffensive which was to sweep the battlefield, they lost at least 40,000 killed,” he said.

Tucker has become the most influential newsman of our time. His Fox platform was seriously holding him back.
Why would they fight on the side opposite to their loyalty? Makes no sense.
Agree. And he is unique.
You are not only delusional but sadly lacking in even the tiniest bit of knowledge on this.
Amusing though.
I wouldnt even know where to begin helping you with the basics on this.
What facts? You don’t even make a coherent point lately.
In what sense it isn’t? Its physical economic output is like half of the US where the economy is largely a Wall Street fiat. Would you explain me why Netflix used to cost 30 times the annual earnings on stock exchange? Or why the US banking system has $1.8 trillion in unrealized losses vs $2.2 trillion in capital? BTW, Chinese natural output is 3.5 times that of the US.
Would you explain me why Russia is still growing after ties cut with Europe, and Europe is in stagnation only due to underreported inflation, but in fact in a deep recession? The thing that keeps Europe afloat is the “industrial powerhouse” Ireland (LOL) that has headquarters of transnationals who build in the US and China and count their output as European.
I wrote quite a lot to think and talk about it but you repeated the popular propaganda memes, like dog that returns to its vomit.
Any bits of independent thinking left?
Russia is a fifth world economy by PPP, ahead of Germany and close time with Japan.
Is Japan economically insignificant?:)
Interesting that there hasn’t been a response?
I realize that it is frustrating to be as stupid as you are.
Here is the World Bank figures that are more trustworthy than your propaganda.

I mentioned that you failed to address any of my points. Basic economy is way above your pay grade.
Your nonsense response earns. “kooky kooku clown clowb with red nose”
Yep, I am supposed to trust a fish on that.
A fish might tell you to go by linear scales with basically not data points or labels.
But kooky koodoo
“I don’t like Zelensky or most of the liberal —leftist western leaders that support him.”
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
The irony here is that Zelensky is actually a true right winger. He was elected in a landslide (73%) and is both loved and hated for the same reasons Trump was elected and is loved and hated for.
Zelensky it the Ukrainian version of Trump. No wonder many dislike him.
Trump and Zelensky were elected to combat corruption and the deep-state in respective countries. Trump and zelskly have hit hard on corruption. Zelinsky though has succeeded in imprisoning scores of corrupted people working for the State.
Other similarities Trump/Zelensky:
Outsider Status: Both Trump and Zelensky portrayed themselves as political outsiders during their respective campaigns. Trump, a businessman, and Zelensky, a comedian, ran for office without prior political experience.
Populist Appeal: Both leaders appealed to populist sentiments, addressing the concerns of everyday citizens and positioning themselves as champions of the “common people.”
Use of Social Media: Trump and Zelensky have effectively used social media platforms, particularly Twitter, to communicate directly with their supporters and the general public, often making controversial statements and policy announcements.
Anti-Establishment Stance: They both presented themselves as disruptors of the political establishment, promising to “drain the swamp” (Trump’s phrase) or fight against corruption (Zelensky’s promise).
Strong Rhetoric: Both leaders are known for their blunt and sometimes confrontational rhetoric, often challenging political opponents and critics publicly.
Media Attention: Trump and Zelensky received extensive media coverage, with their actions and statements frequently making headlines both nationally and internationally.
Celebrity Status: Prior to entering politics, both Trump and Zelensky were well-known public figures in their respective fields—Trump as a real estate magnate and reality TV star, and Zelensky as a comedian and television personality.
Electoral Victories: Both won their respective presidential elections as political outsiders, with Trump securing the U.S. presidency in 2016 and Zelensky winning the Ukrainian presidency in 2019.
Polarizing Figures: Trump and Zelensky have divided public opinion, with strong support from their respective bases and significant opposition from critics who question their qualifications and policies.
Unconventional Leadership Styles: They have exhibited unconventional leadership styles, often bypassing traditional diplomatic protocols and taking unorthodox approaches to governance.

And Russia has so little debt by comparison.
