I normally detest NIMBYs, but in this case, I’m with them. Put those homeless up in that hotel, and pretty soon, that hotel will be a dump. They’ll be pooping everywhere but the toilet, shooting up and having sex in the stairwells.

It’s downtown Millbrae. A bit south of SF. These are bums that ride the trains all day and “commute” to SF for their drugs, etc.

Sleeping rough....... sleeping on the street.

The term is British and is a synonym for the Americans Homeless.

The Americans are not homeless, they are tent dwellers.
