Californians are apparently unaware of the physics of hydroplaning.
Most here can't find their windshield wiper controls.
In the winter we had two jet streams mix and gave huge amounts of rain in California and now we had a tropical storm with a lot of rain if that’s climate change count me in for more.
Warnings were given hours before the arrival of what was in California a storm.
Californians are unaware!

The mayor is asking for federal assistance because the storm caused 30 million dollars worth of improvements.

A couple decades ago I was driving on the freeway in Philadelphia, it was icy cold and began snowing. Lots of cars fishtailing and sliding/crashing into the side barriers, scary to watch. It was climate change - clear one day and snowing the next day. /s
