Normally, after major events like this, as the death toll rises, the count of missing decreases. It has remained at 1300 though...
And still no list from the ‘government’. One could easily reach the conclusion that most of those missing are in fact dead, and will never be found as they’ve been turned to ash. The ‘officials’ say they are developing a strategy for creating a list, as if such an event has never before occurred and they are starting from scratch. My gut is telling me they know it’s as bad as can be imagined, with many lost being children. The point in not coming out and stating so is a matter of controlling civil unrest, to put it mildly.
