Law fare. Attacking the first two Rights.
Ping.
The victim industry is alive and well.
Mike Bloomberg founded the group.
Nuff said.
” victim industry “
I saw it on the news and read about it on line ...
can I get in on this grift ?
I’m really scared......
This is being funded by the malignant dwarf bloomberg. It shows we are winning and they are desperate to disarm us to facilitate a communist take over of our lives. Ain’t happening malignant dwarf so go away.

The first mistake here, which is obvious, is there are too many defendants. The second mistake is that at least one of the defendants has more money than God. The third mistake is that court rulings of late have been running AGAINST the ANTI GUNNERS. I’ll stop with just 3 mistakes among many.
I sued a multi billionaire once. The litigation lasted from 12-11-84 to 2-19-99. Their legal fees to them were a proverbial drop in the bucket at 2.2 million dollars for 15 years! The jury ruled totally in my favor.
Can we launch a class action suit (Or whatever this is) against BLM, Antifa, and other democratic groups that have a social media presence using this one as precedence?
“Something bad happened to someone else. Give me money.”
“In every disaster throughout American history, there always seems to be a man from Harvard in the middle of it.” Thomas Sowell.
Nuisance lawsuits intended to bankrupt the retailer and maker of the body armor. Since body armor is a DEFENSIVE item, how does that “traumatize” the “victims”? Did he come through the door announcing he had body armor on and was invincible?
“Rare legal move” my eye! It’s always the aim of anti-gunners to try to bankrupt the little guy and dig into the wallet of those with the deepest pockets.
I saw a car accident where some people were killed. Should I file a lawsuit against car companies and dealer salemen?
Don’t forget the company that manufactured the vehicle’s airbags.
Cheap suit bid for censorship.
In my non lawyer but very experienced opinion Yes you COULD launch a Class Action lawsuit.
But, lawyers are VERY circumspect about Class Actions and look at them closely because they require A LOT of work and, as in all lawsuits, you may lose.
And, in the action you mention (against Antifa et al), you would probably get poured out on summary judgment based on standing.
