Of course, if the republican party was a real party they would pass a “clean” bill for aid for Maui and let the democrat Senate deep six it. Besides white liberal ‘elties’ want the land cheap so those island folks need to be kept desperate.
These issues won’t be tied together for long - the ‘elites’ want the money to go to Ukraine... and only Ukraine. Why? So their worthless sons can shake down other corrupt countries in the future - like Hunter did.\\

We are $1.2 trillion deeper in the hole since McCarthy, Schumer and Biden eliminated the debt limit. McCarthy, Schumer have agreed to and Biden will sign a continuing resolution in September. Then their will be a huge Omnibus bill in December again. That’s at Scamdemic levels of spending, some $2 Trillion that we do not have when there is no pandemic.

Actually I suspect they will pass a separate Maui package and force RATS to vote against it because of the Ukraine. It is a win win for the GOPe they pass Maui aid quickly or they force the RATS to vote against it. However, a lot of GOPe are all in for Ukraine so they may want the cover to vote for more money for Zelensky’s off shore accounts. I refused to vote last cycle for my CongressionalPOS rep because he is McCarthy’s bitch.

And one look at all the mansions in five of the wealthiest counties in the nation (those clustered around DC) tells you lots of democrat 'elites' are sending their priviate school loser offspring out into the world to shake down corrupt countries.
Bill and Hillary would go to these places and change $10,000 a MINUTE to give 'a speech'. And since the scam was 'there must be an audience' leaders in the Arab and African states would hire a room full of people (who often didn't even speak or understand English) to be the 'audience' so it didn't look like a bribe was being paid... and then sure nuff - taxpayer money and favors would flow to the people of those countries. Just like with Hunter. And Sniffer.
So yeah Ukraine matters. It tells the desperate of the world that the Untied States is a corrupt hellhole that can be bought.
What else can DC private school brats who lack merit do to live the high life like 'daddy'? Nothing really - just sell out the country or take a job they're not qualified for...
