Bush fire started by electrical wires down, say some news, then left it after what appeared to b out but winds picked up and inflamed it again.

Lines, grass, incompetent bureaucracy..it’s all that.
Oregon electric has us on a crazy situation. Every time it’s hot, they shut it down periodically to prevent sparks. It was 110 here yesterday.
