A local prosecutor in Georgia has become Democrats’ latest instrument of election interference, unveiling a fourth round of indictments against former President Donald Trump Monday night that cites activities like encouraging voters to tune into televised broadcasts.

Here is a run-down of the “conspiratorial” acts cited by the Fulton County district attorney’s office in the unprecedented indictment.

-Asking for Phone Numbers Is ‘Conspiracy’:

The Fulton Country prosecutor indicted Meadows for soliciting phone numbers from a pair of Pennsylvania lawmakers.

-Encouraging Voters to Watch Television Is ‘Conspiracy’:

Act 22 cited in the Georgia indictment charged Trump with conspiracy for encouraging supporters to watch hearings broadcast on One America News Network.

-Grassroots Campaigning Is ‘Conspiracy’:

Act 38 of the criminal indictment charged Giuliani for retweeting a “Patriot Call to Action” that encouraged voters to call their members of Congress to advocate for their cause.

-Reserving Rooms Is ‘Conspiracy’:

Defendant David Shafer was indicted for reserving a room at the Georgia Capitol in December 2020.

-Seeking Signature Verification Is ‘Conspiracy’:

Act 32 of the criminal indictment charged Trump for calling on Georgia state leaders to ensure “signature verification & call a Special Session.”

-Encouraging Someone to Attend a Hearing Is ‘Conspiracy’:

Act 45 of the indictment faults defendant Michael Roman for requesting an unidentified “unindicted co-conspirator” to encourage co-defendant Misty Hampton to attend a House committee hearing in Georgia on election fraud.

-Encouraging Special Legislative Sessions Is ‘Conspiracy’:

Act 28 of the indictment charged Trump for meeting with the Pennsylvania House speaker to encourage a special session of the assembly.

-Phone Calls to Lawmakers Are ‘Conspiracy’:

Trump made two phone calls to President Pro Tempore of the Georgia Senate Miller. The two calls, dated Dec. 3 and Dec. 26, 2020, were “an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy,” according to the indictment.

It is not the weight of the evidence; it is the SERIOUSNESS of the charges.

Hillary Clinton chimes in: Hillary Clinton says it is a 'terrible moment' for the country for Trump to be 'accused of these terribly important crimes'

[Note that her comment is about being 'accused'.]

When you charge Conspiracy, you have nothing.

But....if anyone thinks Willis is the one making these decisions, they live in Fantasy Land. She’s a puppet, nothing more. She has more than one person pulling those strings...Garland, Monaco, Smith, and a few others whose names aren’t known yet. I’m betting she’s been promised a nice promotion to the Federal side of the House.

Those I know that have dealt with her just say....she ain’t too bright.

I don’t know if she was directly funded by Soros but I’m pretty sure she got some money from a PAC that is funded with his money. Americans for Progress(?)

Did she indict anyone using the ‘Fake Elector’ angle?

Does the prosecution have standing if there are no actual crimes in the indictment. I would send to federal appeals court and file for “no standing”

Problem is, if a stupid prosecutor can find a grand jury that stupid, then a regular jury that’s that stupid is probably out there somewhere (in the armpit of a deep blue municipality).

Georgia is charging Trump of what the democrat party did for Al Gore in 2000.

Never trust a democrat.

Another example of why Twitter is a scourge.

I agree, telling someone to watch TV is akin to torture.

Somehow, some way, the Supreme Court WILL HAVE TO GET INVOLVED.

THIS IS INSANITY.

This is truly scary. According to a Georgia prosecutor, it is now illegal for Republicans to engage in politics. The Democrats now have no fear of using the power of the state to establish a one-party totalitarian regime.

So you don’t think a Jury full of Dems won’t convict him on RICO
RICO in GA has a low burden of proof and has mandatory prison time

Who do you think is engineering all these indictments? They aren’t just cropping up organically. The only way to get the election fraud evidence in front of the public is through discovery. When its all said and done most of this stuff will be televised on the MSM. They wouldn’t cover it if Trump just came out with it on his own. They would try to suppress it.

We are all watching the largest sting operation in history unfold. Trump isn’t going to jail but a lot of these other players are likely to.

A judge, a true judge that adheres to the Constitution, would immediately dismiss every single one of these charges and then cite Fani Willis for contempt of the Court and send her to CLE courses on the Constitution and Professional Ethics.

Next he would inform the Defendants they have a cause of action against Willis for the political prosecution.

“ We are all watching the largest sting operation in history unfold.”

Agreed. This is my take as well.

Observant people might notice that literally every single thing they have charged Trump with was done by others. The precedents are important and in Trumps case he is innocent while people like Biden are most certainly not. Boomerang time!!
