Following an at times confounding series of events on Monday, a grand jury in Fulton County voted to indict former President Donald Trump on more than one dozen counts for his actions in the aftermath of the 2020 election.

Just before 9:00 p.m. ET, the grand jury's decision was returned to Judge Robert McBurney and then handed off to the clerk to be docketed before being unsealed and made public shortly before 11:00 pm.

In all, the grand jury handed up a 98-page indictment against Trump as well as a handful of his allies including Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Kenneth Chesebro, Sidney Powell, and Jenna Ellis on an array of charges related to their conduct in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.

For Trump specifically, the grand jury voted to indict the former president on 13 counts:

Violation of the Georgia RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) Act

Solicitation of Violation of Oath by Public Officer

Conspiracy to Commit Impersonating a Public Officer

Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree

When is somebody going to get charged with abuse of power and election interference?

This is all beyond absurd. Surely the law has provisions for this type of abuse(?).

The Q people are being pretty quiet lately.

I know one Q follower who believes President Trump and his militia have been running the government this whole time, from some underground bunker. The Biden administration was allowed to have the illusion of power in order to keep the people from freaking out.

It’s called “Devolution”.

Last year I asked - if he’s been running things, then why has everything gone to shit?

Answer - it’s all part of the plan so MAGA can rise from the rubble.

Haven’t heard from him for almost year - I think he’s feeling pretty foolish at this point.

I am pretty sure the person you refer to has passed. He knows all the answers. I guess we need to figure them out for ourselves now. :-)

Nah, just another rough stretch. Albeit a very rough stretch, but we've been through worse than this. People forget but it was just 3 years ago and we were flying high. Or at least according to the everTrumpers we were. I don't think we'll see Trump as President again, but that's not the end of America. Still the greatest nation in the world. We just need better leaders. We'll find them. From hard times come strong men.

No - I know for a fact he’s still alive - just avoiding me because he knows now that he was wrong.

His mistake was to believe that Hannity crap that 98% of the FBI and the military are good people - just a few corrupt leaders at the very top.

But in the last year, FBI whistleblowers finally came forward - but it was only a handful - disproving that notion once and for all. It was supposed to be a tsunami of whistleblowers!

Now it is obvious to even to the Q followers: The entire security state is corrupt from top to bottom - there is no Q.

To prove his innocence. He’s not going into court just saying he’s innocent. He’ll have proof he’s innocent.

**Since when do you indict a lawyer for giving legal advice?**

when communism is their pattern... you have NO freedom with the rabid left in the seat of power. I hope to see the day they all are visited by the fbi or the military.. taken in and processed.

when castro rode into town on a convertible, the crowds cheered and followed the car.. the ruler of cuba had been defeated and castro would be in charge..

They celebrated for a few days and then castro announced he was a communist.. guns taken, all property owned by citizens, were seized..homes and businesses. kids go to government schools..,

Trump is our hope, because they are planning a final curtain.

What kind of receipts would prove his innocence? Sorry if I'm being dense.

He’s got to have text messages. His truth social account. Twitter when he was on it. His notes. His staff who knows what he said and meant. Lots of stuff he needs to present to the jury.
