Fulton County prosecutors will present text messages and emails to the grand jury connecting Trump’s lawyers to a ‘voting system breach’ in Coffee County, according to a leak to CNN.
Georgia prosecutors are preparing sprawling racketeering charges against Trump over his effort to challenge the 2020 election in Georgia.
Fani Willis based her investigation on President Trump’s call with Georgia officials that was later doctored and leaked to the fake news outlet Washington Post. The WaPo published a completely fraudulent text of the call.

Recall, The Guardian recently reported Fani Willis will pursue the indictment on statutes related to “influencing witnesses and computer trespass.”
The exact evidence is unclear, however, the computer trespass charge is related to efforts to access and examine the Dominion Voting Systems machines in Coffee County.
The ‘influencing witness’ charge may be related to Trump’s phone call with Brad Raffensperger.
Since Coffee County is outside of Fani Willis’s jurisdiction, the racketeering statute allows her to cast a wider net.
So now examining the voting machines is a crime.
According to CNN, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Coffee County elections official Misty Hampton, former NYPD Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik, attorney Katherine Friess and other employees from Sullivan Strickler, a law firm hired by Trump to examine the voting machines, are all targets of prosecutors.
Freiss reportedly sent a “Letter of invitation to Coffee County, Georgia” to Bernie Kerik and others to examine the voting machines.
Coffee County elections official Misty Hampton is now a target because she warned the voting machines could be “very easily” manipulated to flip votes.
Fani Willis is going to charge Trump along with MULTIPLE defendants with her indictments this week.
Willis will seek more than a dozen indictments against Trump and people in his orbit.

What is their definition of a ‘voting system breach’?
A couple of articles said that Trump’s team was invited in by Coffee County election officials, so there is no breach or illegality with them looking at the machines.
Also, what the heck is Fulton County doing prosecuting something that happened in Coffee County. Georgia is really screwed up it that is allowed, but then it has Rinos in charge.

So Willis can go over 150 miles South of Fulton to pursue a case. Coffee County is closer to Florida then Atlanta. How does she have juridical authority?
If these allegations are proven then it’s absolutely wrong on both points, the person giving permission and the people examining the machines especially without a court order

If Misty Hampton fail to follow State Law how is that any concern of a citizen looking into the election? If a police officer tells you to move the car and later is found to not have the authority, does that mean the person following the police officer’s instructions committed a crime!

The president is the chief LEO of the Federal government. He has no jurisdiction at the state, county or local level. And Giuliani and Powell worked for Trump the candidate, not Trump the president. I think the proposed charges are BS, but your argument holds no water.

But as for patriots, I think the time is approaching in which anyone publicly identifying as Democrat should be enough to see that person as an enemy combatant in an ongoing war for our existence.

The county in question, Coffee, discovered issues and alerted the state. Raffensberger sent goons up there to threaten them to keep their mouths shut.

At the end of the day, just imagine that you or a family member is a victim of a crime. You’re white. You’re Conservative. And you end up in the Fulton County Court system. Do you think you’ll be dealing with competent and impartial attorney’s to prosecute your case?
I couldn’t disagree more. It sounds like you’re arguing FOR exactly the kind of secrecy that has created a playground for fraud and manipulation. The voting process, whether by paper ballots and hand counting or by computerized voting systems, must be 100% transparent to ANY CITIZEN, ON DEMAND, AT ANY TIME. Letting county officials and private contractors obscure how our voting mechanism works, and then using courts to fight any attempt to shine light on the process, is a recipe for tyranny.
WE THE PEOPLE are the ultimate arbiters of whether our voting system is above board, and every single citizen has the right to know every single detail of how it works. If you’re worried that exposing that information might somehow provide too much information to potential hackers or something then there’s a simple solution: NO ELECTRONIC VOTING, PERIOD.
There is no justification for this continued witch hunt against Trump and his associates, and they are heroes for attempting to expose the inner workings of a highly corrupt system.
