Bryan Clark, a senior fellow at Hudson Institute, a US think tank, told BBC News that Russia's electronic-warfare capability had significantly improved during the conflict with Ukraine.
He said that Russia was now deploying hundreds of small, mobile electronic-warfare units along the front line, having previously relied on large, cumbersome units that could be easily targeted.
Clark told the BBC that Russian technologies were able to jam missiles' GPS coordinates, disable Ukrainian drones, and suppress Russian radar signals that were used by Ukraine to identify targets to attack.

The US Military is handicapped significantly if called on to use conventional forces... a few or more weeks. That the SecDef is essentially giving his company DOD Defence contracts. Ukraine was the perfect foil to rid western arsenals of Afghanistan era Military artillery and vehicles. Now America uses Defence industry to keep the US economy running while selling enough to rearm ourselves at our NATO Customer sales. Our friends love buying US Military equipment but many may sell some allies forgot the alliance.

And their STEM is not poisoned by woke/DEI the way the Western programs now are.

The ONE THING that the Soviet Communist system was good at was education...Russia kept that part of the Communist system.

I think most countries do that, allows the smarter kids to advance quicker (and with less distractions). But I believe that even someone at the bottom 10% percentile there could run circles around any American at the 90% percentile...as even their not-so-hot students get a damn good education there.
That Russians are adapting?, ... not so much.
