So, if it wasn’t for “Presidential Immunity” this legal farce would have gone forward? Do you lose ‘freedom of speech’ rights when you are president? Inquiring minds would like to know!
The right to talk about election fraud is a threat to something maybe, but certainly not a threat to democracy.
these statements are protected by “presidential immunity.”
Should read
these statements are protected by “FREE SPEECH.”
Every, or just about every, state court system is similarly structured: the trial court, the appellate court, the state Supreme Court. I’ll use CA as the example. There’s the superior Court, the Court of Appeal, and the CA Supreme Court. A decision of the Superior Court in one county does not bind the Superior Court of another county. In other words,
the decisions of the trial court are not binding precedent. Only the published decisions of the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court are binding on the trial courts.
But in no event are the decisions of one state’s courts binding on any of the courts of another state
After that, he's an ordinary citizen and is entitled to the same "free speech" as each of us.
Thousands and thousands of people believed the election was stolen....should they all be tried??
Thank you, Flavious_Maximus, for this gem of intelligence on what happened in Pennsylvania. It’s news to me. Our corrupt press is the reason I never heard it before.
Thank you for the priceless info on how the courts work. I’m a bit ashamed that I never learned some of these basic things about our court system.
Keep commenting, my FRiend!
“Presidential immunity”?
How about the First Amendment? Judge ever hear of that?
The SCOTUS will not get involved in this I don’t think.
They are protected even without presidential immunity.
They are protected even without presidential immunity.
How many conservatives said Hillary Clinton should be prosecuted for saying the 2016 election was stolen.
Apparently PDJT does.
A bad lawyer can make a case take a long time. A good lawyer can make it take even longer.
Sounds like I'm not the only cynic when it comes to lawyers.
Why do layers make better lab animals than rats?
1. There is more of them.
2. You can get attached to rats.
3. There are some things rats won't do.
“The rule is simple— no mail in ballots or drop box ballots are counted unless they are in the courthouse by closing time on election day. These ballots get tabulated in front of multiple witnesses and observers before the in person precinct votes are counted.”
“The only exception is for a relative handful of ballots arriving later with legitimate overseas postmarks, mostly military. These typically number in the high two or low three digits in a county of our size.”
That undermines demoncrazy!
What’s the difference between a lawyer and a giant leech? A leech will let go after you are dead.
Anything else is "far right."
