Vice-president Kamala Harris has been mocked for another 'word salad' - in which she pads out her speeches by repetitively overexplaining simple concepts.
While addressing the press at Sycamore & Oak retail village in DC on Tuesday she emphasized to reporters that 'community banks are in the community' and that investing in them is therefore good for the community.
'And so for years we have worked to expand investment in community banks because, you see, community banks specialize in providing loans and financial assistance to small business owners, in particular those in overlooked and underserved communities,' the vice president said.

Every utterance of a politician, even one as high as the Vice President, does not have to be of extreme impact or profundity. Lighten up. You’re not Queen of America.

Actually she was reading from script here, and this particular point was legit.
Let her go off script and you really get a display of her idiocy.
