WASHINGTON — President Biden’s claim that he had no role in his son’s foreign business dealings is “categorically false,” Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer said in an interview published Friday.
“He was aware of Hunter’s business, he met with Hunter’s business partners, I mean you found a letter that illustrates that he knew me,” Archer told former Fox News host Tucker Carlson in an interview posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“That’s not factually right — and in the same breath … I don’t think Joe Biden has looked at a balance sheet or, you know, a cap[italization] table or what have you or any financial document, probably ever.”
Archer told Carlson that after he and Hunter Biden joined the board of Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings in the spring of 2014, “There was constant pressure to send signals to leverage all of his — his dad included, but the Biden brand, all of the DC insider relationships to help Burisma survive.”
“That was the idea [of Burisma hiring Hunter]. It was that ability to help on the geopolitical stage keep them out of trouble, keep them out of investigations, unfreeze assets, unsuccessfully unfreeze visas,” he added.

by an April 2015 dinner with a pack of Hunter’s foreign clients.

With his decades of foreign-policy experience, and a U of Penn think tank dedicated to intl affairs,
Joe knew these foreigners hailed from countries where a politician’s son selling dad’s influence is typical.

Archer called it “an abuse of soft power” and boy, that’s right on the money. Biden is corrupt, a life-long liar, kiddie-feeler, academically challenged, and many more things, but he is not a complete dope. His one skill is knowing how to do what politicians do, which is wield power and influence. He wouldn’t know a balance sheet if he saw one, but he intuitively knows that by participating in those phone calls, he would send the message that “a very powerful man is involved and you would be smart to engage with this company”.
He doesn’t write letters saying that because he knows that would be a conflict but he writes one to his son’s partner to cement the relationship. He doesn’t need to read a balance sheet and wouldn’t understand it if he did - but he can read people and knows how to influence them, either by favors or threats. He’s a damn snake.

As long as the crooked old geeks gets his 5M-10M a pop, he couldn’t care less what the balance sheet says.
And in the end, that snake won't be charged with anything because the DOJ will say he is too mentally debilitated to understand any charges brought against him.

Funny how the media rabidly "debunked" all claims that Biden had the Ukrainian prosecutor fired in order to protect Burisma, and his family received millions in return. Now here we are with pretty solid proof that's exactly what happened. Archer was there, inside the grift.
