A new political action committee (PAC) has emerged in Texas that is being funded by leftist billionaire George Soros.
Texas Majority PAC is described by Fox News as “a mysterious Texas entity working to build up progressive infrastructure.”
The Soros-backed Democracy PAC funneled $750,000 to the Texas Majority PAC in the first six months of this year, Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings show.
However, it appears that Soros is the organization’s fiscal lifeline.
A separate filing shows the group raised a total of $752,040 overall during those months.
The website mobilize.us promoted a meeting between the new PAC and Dallas-area Democrats.
“Texas Majority PAC is a project started in 2023 focused on growing our Democratic majority and winning statewide elections,” the website says.
“Over the past few months, our team has been hard at work hosting listening sessions and researching what it’s going to take to turn Texas Blue.”
The group’s website says that “Texas Majority PAC is a project dedicated to electing a Democrat to statewide office in Texas.
“We are conducting research to understand what it will take to win the state.”
The group was only recently incorporated in December, according to Fox News.
Job postings call the group “a research and development institution dedicated to flipping Texas blue by building year-round Democratic infrastructure in the key regions of Texas.”
“TMP invests in partners running voter engagement and turnout programs in an effort to bring their work to the scale required to win statewide office in Texas,” the posting state, according to Fox.
In the first six months of this year, the PAC spent $600,000 so far.
Republican Gov. Greg Abbott accused Soros of funding the group as part of an effort to “buy Texas.”
“We aren’t for sale!” the governor asserted.
In November, The Texas Tribune noted the extent to which turning Texas blue is an uphill battle as the 2022 election results came in.
“Voters returned GOP incumbents to their jobs at the top of the ticket and handed the state’s dominant party its 14th consecutive sweep of statewide offices,” the Tribune reported.
“Republicans also seemed poised to add slightly to their majorities in the Texas Legislature, where they’ve controlled both chambers for 20 years, and held large leads in all statewide judicial races.”
Last year, Soros invested $1 million in Democrat Beto O’Routke’s unsuccessful attempt to defeat Abbott, according to The Hill.
Aren’t there mercenaries to kill these people?
>>”...working to build up progressive infrastructure”
In other words, build out and integrate the VOTER FRAUD machine.
So, WEF minions are trying to turn Texas. There’s no mystery involved
We don’t talk about that. ;-)
What’s his problem with us? Just cause we beat his man hitler?
We are the lynch pin. Texas falls to purple or blue, we will have one party rule forever. Most of this money is probably going to unseat Cruz. Corncob is safe because he’s a liberal collaborator.
You mean Cornhole....................😉
Mea culpa.
Gyorgy boy needs to hang for treason and we need to confiscate his wealth.
bttt
Soros is a real life Bond villain.
Since Soros has been convicted in absentia in several different countries for financial crimes and still wanted in others, Governor Abbott should consult his AG to find a way to prevent Soros or anyone connected to him from doing business in the state of Texas.
Ummm. What?
This man has way too much influence on our elections and
nation. This couldn’t have been our Founder’s intention.
I see his actions as seditious as it relates to certain
groups he funds.
He’s not a pro-American person. He wants to destroy what
our nation has always been.
I thought this was a video game of course.
I would never suggest…
Can this POS just croak already?
RICO Laws.....................
Only the good die young...........................
It’s called cheating through appointments and election rigging!
