1. How could he have obstructed an official proceeding when the Senate had been evacuated before he even went in the building? Did he even enter the already empty Senate chamber?

2. The fact that police allowed hundreds of people to enter the building who were later charged with trespassing and "parading" is utterly unfair and one of the most suspicious aspects of that day. When police allow you to enter an area you assume that you are doing nothing wrong.
