Hunter Biden told his longtime friend and business partner, Devon Archer, that they would get the "last laugh" after Archer said a judge threw out his conviction, according to 2018 text messages reviewed by Fox News Digital.
Archer, who is set to appear before the House Oversight Committee on Monday and is reportedly preparing to tell lawmakers about President Biden's interactions with dozens of Hunter's business associates while he was vice president, informed Hunter Biden in a November 2018 text message that the "judge threw out my conviction today."
"Thank bleepin god! First good news in way too long my friend. I am so happy for you. I know its (sic) been a living hell but put it behind you now and take great steps forward," Hunter replied.
"Love you brother," Archer said.
Hunter, son of President Biden, then appeared to refer to the Department of Justice as "Bleep-ers" and said he and Archer will "have the last laugh."

Hunter was the bag man for the Biden Crime Family. Nothing more, nothing less.
Those involved in the enterprise should be in prison.
And he ain’t wrong. Hunter WILL have the last laugh, considering how the situation is rigged in his favor. (I’m not sure about Archer.)

He was convicted last February, but his sentence has been postponed by a series of appeals.

I’ll be shocked if his testimony actually goes forward tomorrow. Heck, I’ll be shocked if Archer is still alive tomorrow. The left are getting more obvious and blatant in their corruption. And why not? Who is going to stop them? The Supreme Court? They have intimidated SCOTUS into having to try to defend themselves so they will be “gun-shy” in just this type of situation. I doubt SCOTUS is ready to make themselves front page news again so soon now while they are enjoying their summer break.

We reported earlier Sunday about a letter that the DoJ sent to Devon Archer’s attorney trying to arrange a surrender date for Archer to turn himself over to be sent to prison on the unrelated fraud case for which he was convicted. He lost an appeal and has been out on bail pending the appeal.
The letter sent to Archer on the weekend, right before he was to testify on Monday, had a lot of people concerned that it could be an effort to intimidate him.
Why doesn’t Biden’s DOJ want Devon Archer to testify?
With Archer set to testify Monday about Hunter’s involvement with Burisma and other shady business deals, Biden’s DOJ sends out a letter on Saturday urging that a surrender date for Archer be set immediately.
Some interpreted it as an attempt to lock him up before testifying. As attorney Margot Cleveland explained, that it comes after he lost a petition for a rehearing, with a mandate being entered last week. ........snip
I’m expecting Hunter is right. He’ll never be imprisoned, nor Joe.
Tomorrow I expect Archer to plead the 5th, and the Repukes will not even try to get him immunity and force the issue.
Enough Repukes will be “gotten to” to prevent impeachment. Joe and Hunter’s lawyers will get all the bank records thrown out of legal consideration on a made-up technicality which a “gotten to” judge will approve.

Unfortunately, such an outcome is also “game over” for our nation. For when such obvious corruption is orchestrated in a manner so that we all expect it and are not surprised, there soon becomes a point where there are no boundaries at all. Even the appearance of respectability and honesty is no longer maintained. Then we will be entering a war in which the GOP is not even arming themselves much less mounting a defense. And the GOPe will be still pretending to stand on their “principles” as they distract us by recommending we call 911 (vote for them) as the left steals our wallets before murdering us in our sleep (so to speak).
