Hmmm. Let MS-13 police the South Side?
We are just watching the tyranny take root.
Hugo Chavez in Venezuela brought in Cuban communists to police Venezuelans...
I guess we know where all those military age chinese ‘refugees’ are going to do for work.
Oh, I’m sure that will work out well...
Non-citizens can join our military, always have. It’s no big deal.
Sure didn’t expect anyone to stick up for this disgusting POS and then you show up.
Looks like Illinois and the lest coast are cartel owned now.
Curious to know how they’re going to get legitimate background checks done on the “non-citizens”. Folks trying to become cops go through a pretty extensive background check. Investigators go out and talk to neighbors, former co-workers, former bosses, etc. And then there’s a polygraph or CVSA, that might be required. Although some departments don’t use them. Not sure if CPD does.
Going to be laughable when they find out that Officer Friendly was a legit Russian mobster at one time.
How would an illegal alien have any standing in court to testify against a citizen? They are proven law breaker, liar.
Not illegal aliens. That is what Illinois is doing.
How can someone enforce our laws as a law enforcement officer who violated them when they either entered or remained in our country illegally?
A law enforcement officer generally has to take an oath to uphold our constitution and our laws. If the individual is an illegal alien, he/she cannot take that oath.
DACA recipients are not on a pathway to citizenship. Their deportation has merely been deferred and DACA can be revoked at anytime making them deportable.
If an individual is an illegal alien there is no way to definitively determine who that individual is because they were not vetted or admitted into the country.
Standards should not be changed because more police are needed ...would you allow nurses to practice medicine because there is a shortage of doctors?
Pritzker is the best Illinois voters could do? They sure are hard up. They have to have a Taliban or Ukranian U.S. Army guy there they could have elected.
Simple Cook county. Almost 90% of his votes came from there but it always overwhelms the rest of state. There are good people in Illinois but they held hostage by the clueless idiots in Chicago.
Curious to know if Hellinois still requires a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement and criminal justice,.or if that got dropped too??
Always ask a cop for their passport before you talk to them.

Police already ignore the constitution so whats the big deal?
I think a lot of people forget that legal immigration is a thing.
