Vivek Ramaswamy is not legally eligible to be President. The natural born citizen clause predates the Fourteenth Amendment by several decades. He is a Fourteenth Amendment/Wong Kim Ark citizen, not a natural-born citizen. His campaign for the Presidency is illegitimate.

1898 IIRC. Anyone born on the territory of the US is a natural born citizen.

Hell, Barry Goldwater was born in Arizona before it was a state. Nobody even suggested he couldn’t become president. Similarly, children born to American mothers outside the country were always considered natural born citizens.

He was not born in Canada or any other country. Airlines and doctors did not recommend pregnant women fly. He was born in early August why do you think he was in Canada, or out of the country?
