Vivek Ramaswamy is not legally eligible to be President. The natural born citizen clause predates the Fourteenth Amendment by several decades. He is a Fourteenth Amendment/Wong Kim Ark citizen, not a natural-born citizen. His campaign for the Presidency is illegitimate.
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
The Supreme Court of the United States has never applied the term “natural born citizen” to any other category than “those born in the country of parents who are citizens thereof.”
Vivek Ramaswampy’s parents were not naturalized Citizens at the time of his birth. He fails the natural born Citizen test.
You’re wrong!
Evidence has been presented to you over the past couple days proving you're an idiot who just can't admit that you are wrong.
Why hasn't anyone in the judicial community ever questioned the eligibility of Obama, Harris and Bobby Jindahl? Or taken it to the Supreme Court?

Your ignorance knows no bounds. The term Natural Born Citizen only applied (past tense) to two individuals...
The president and vice president must be a natural-born citizen of the United States, at least 35 years old, and have been a resident of the United States of America for at least 14 years.
And as we keep telling you.... Even this outdated concept is no longer applicable.
They did question Obama’s eligibility. Crooked liberal judges said the plaintiffs had no standing. They also pulled out the race card because Obama was black.
(The president and vice president must be a natural-born citizen of the United States, at least 35 years old, and have been a resident of the United States of America for at least 14 years.)
I know that. I already posted the presidential clause in this thread.
>>Geez Here we go again. If Obama could be president so could Vivek.
I will never understand the views of purists who bemoan that Obama was allowed to become president but had no power to stop him. But who feel that it’s perfectly acceptable to handicap the Republican candidates that they do have some power over. And they’ll be smugly superior if they get their way. Which they won’t, thank goodness.
Nonsense.
Wrong. The SCOTUS has ruled he is a natural born citizen. You can repeat this until you are blue in the face. If he’s ever elected he will rightfully be inaugurated as president.
I know that. I already posted the presidential clause in this thread.

And you’ve already posted (ad nauseum) the 14th which NEGATES that NBC nonsense by defining a citizen is just that. A citizen.
So WTH are you on about?
This entire thread is against you. We are trying to clue you in to reality using Obama as one of hundreds of examples.
Yet here you still are. Clueless.
Any child, born to two NBCs, in a different nation, due to the parent or parents serving in the military, becomes an NBC, once the parents apply for it through the American embassy in that country!
Cruz was NOT eligible for that distinction.
All of this has been thoroughly discussed, many time over here.
The point could be that more people are eager to see Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 be recognized, in a rational manner, as having real teeth, than can get down to brass tacks, in an insightful way, about how this can or should happen.
The 14th Amendment begins in a way (All persons born or naturalized in the United States”) that seems at first glance to mandate citizenship (i.e., “mere” citizenship, certainly not necessarily the “natural born” citizenship) for most if not all individuals born here.
That has always seemed to One Guy to be a sophomoric interpretation. Surely we don’t need a Constitutional amendment in 2023 to prevent children of two non-citizens, never enslaved, possibly sworn enemies of the U.S., fully empowered to slip back to their home country the next day after the child’s birth, from being handed U.S. citizenship on a silver platter. But this is the destination so many 14th Amendment zealots keep trying to drag us to.

Carry that incorrect thought out to its conclusion and you’ll find that Goldwater was ineligible.
But if you look at the facts - any US citizens is eligible to serve as POTUS.
History proves this to be true.
> If he was born in the USA, he’s naturally born. Anyone born here is naturally born. <
I agree with you, Mr. K. To think otherwise would restrict freedom. And I’m all about interpreting things to allow for as much freedom as possible.
Here’s a situation to consider. A person was definitely born in the United States. He has proof positive. But his mother slept around a lot. She has no clue who the father is. He could have been an American citizen. He could have been a Greek sailor or a visiting Swedish diplomat. Is this person eligible for the presidency? I’d say yes.
However, I have no problem with folks who think otherwise. The term “naturally born” is rather vague. So I’m of the opinion that both sides of the debate should be respected.
Until, of course, a constitutional amendment clears everything up.
Goldwater was born in a TERRITORY, not yet a state, but an area BELONGING to the USA. He therefore was a citizen of this nation.
But what the heck...it now appears that none of this matters to some people and certainly NOT to the Dems. So some day, we may wind up with some ILLEGAL ALIEN who was born 3 hours after his ILLEGAL pregnant mother crossed our Southern border.
Who protested Obama and who pulled the so called race card? Anonymous sources ain't going to work dude, so name some names........
What cards did they use for Harris and Jindahl?......LOL!
Someone in Hawaii will make him a fake birth certificate and he’ll be as good as gold. Just like the Kenyan
