Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell told reporters he is "fine" shortly after he stopped speaking mid-sentence during a press conference on Wednesday.
McConnell, 81, was standing at the podium for his daily press conference before reporters when he suddenly stopped speaking while still looking forward. Nearly 30 seconds later his colleagues surrounded him, asking if he still wanted to speak to the press or go back to his office. At that point, McConnell turned away from the podium and stood nearby while his colleagues took the microphone.
Eventually, McConnell returned to the microphone, where he answered questions about what had just occurred

Both should have been out to pasture(retired), years ago.
Mcconnell stays until fetterman goes.
deepstate was late on his scheduled reboot.
Yertle *and* Sock Puppet are years beyond their “best by” date, and like the soured milk at the back of the fridge, they should be thrown out.
Was he filling his Depends ?
There should be a maximum age.
Feinstein, Pelosi, Biden, McConnell, etc. are mentally impaired.
69 max age.
Why are people with no future deciding mine?…
No Mitch, you’re not fine. You had an “event” of some sort.
Old age is one thing. Being old, and not being 100% fit for duty, or be able to perform your job duties without physical or mental problems hindering you, is another. You need to be angry at the people who keep voting for these obviously incapacitated individuals.
I felt fine like that once back in the 70s.
It’s sad to see these old-timers getting treated this way - enjoy some retirement for crine out loud.
The majority are voting for a letter and couldn’t pick who they are mostly voting for out of a lineup.
There will always be the left half of a Gaussian distribution for IQ.
America’s norm is shifting left demographically.
Ron Paul looked like he was dying a couple of years ago during a webcast, and he has been fine since then.
20 years past retirement age. 😬
I’m not sure what was happening there, but he was not fine in
any sense of the word.
We don’t get to see enough to know what was going on, but he
was having some pronounced issues there.
At some point the guy should have the good grace to step
down and quit harming our cause as terribly as he has.
“Why are people with no future deciding mine?”
Because we let every jackass who turns eighteen vote in this country.
I’ve seen Republicans argue Mitch’s seat will be filled by a Democrat Governor with a Democrat.
Well how is that any different than having Mitch in the seat? And besides. They would have to run to fill the remainder of the term next November.

What’s a stroke between friends?
It’s like Top Secret Intelligence Assessments in Joe’s file cabinet -
Nothing to see here.
.
And I'm glad I'm on the tail-end of my life.
By design.
For people like McConnell, Biden, Pelosi, Feinstein, The Clintons, et al., enough is never enough — not enough power, not enough money, not enough celebrity. They will hang on and hang on until they are dead, and to hell with the people they are supposed to be representing. Nothing matters but THEM, and they think they are going to live forever. Unfortunately, the sheeple keep believing their lies and keep re-electing them.
